The room was big and it was nice to have a big window. The breakfast was good and the bed was very comfortable.

The floor in the room was dirty and the location was a bit odd. The host could’ve been more informative.

The breakfast was very good, the best part 100%, Rob is very sweet and I personally liked the location. It’s a bit far from the city center but the access is easy since the public transport is very good. I prefer it than staying in a overpriced hostel downtown, but it’s up to your preferences ;) The room was super nice and confortable, the shower is great too.

Really loved our staying in this place. The host of the house is amazing and so helpful about everything! Great breakfast, totally recommend this place for your staying in Amsterdam, and I will chose it again when I visit the city again.

Very friendly host, any time reachable via Whats-app. A comfortable, quality breakfast service on guest time demand and supply to the room. Perfect Boiled eggs! Very fresh and tasty orange juice. Good kitchen utensils facility, comfortable for self cooking and storage in the fridge. The guest should be aware that Kitchen and bathroom + WC facilities are shared i.e not located inside the rooms. A discount supermarket (Albert Heijn) is located nearby ca. 300 m from the hotel. lot of mid range fast food restaurant are available within walk able distance.

Very narrow stairs to reach the rooms in the first floor. No elevator available, not suitable for aged peoples. Metro station (Bijlmer Arena) reachable by walk ca 15 min from the hotel.

The stay was just excellent! The hospitality of the owner, the accessibility, the nice breakfast and how comfortable the room was - everything has exceeded my expectations. I would be happy to come back someday!
