Fabulous location and a really great little apartment. I was attending a gala evening nearby and was a great place to stay given the location and facilities.
Only minor note - The sink in the bathroom was very small but the fabulous shower more than compensated for this

The location was close to my place is business and so I liked that about the place.
The check in process was long because there was a period of no communication between the property and I. Emails were left I responded to, chats same.
I think the process of paying the damage deposit can be tweaked particularly for guests who do not have a UK bank account and no one to make such transfer on their behalf. The staff need to consider card payments. Staff need to do better in terms of responding to emails.

The only positive thing about the property was the location and that’s about it.
The none existent cleaning after every visitors stay. We’ve had cum stains and other bodily fluids on the bed sheets, which haven’t been changed ! In general the whole flat was dirty and I a rough state.

Sadly I didn't get to check in. I booked this shortly before boarding a flight. without spotting that check in is not possible after 11pm. This should be much easier to spot and also pointed out when starting the ID check.

Excellent location, view of St Pauls, a Pret a Porter across the street for a takeaway breakfast.
The included Wifi was off when I checked in and I had to hunt for the modem to switch it on myself. The shower, although clean, was showing its age and needs upgrading. For the price, I expected more supplies in the kitchen ( tea, coffee, etc ) and as I arrived at 11 pm on a Sunday, nothing was open nearby.

Really clean, tidy and well equipped property. Very spacious and well laid out. Have everything you need and feel at home easily. The location is great and there is plenty of shops and restaurants around and main attractions are not far away at all. Absolutely worth every penny. Staff are easy to talk to and communicate with

The property is close to St Paul’s and 15 mins walk to the South Bank
The amount of ‘nagging’ communication from the property prior to us staying made me wish we hadn’t booked. We had to complete a 3 stage check in, including sending photos of our passports, sending a £250 pre-authorised payment which took over 1 week to return and the actual address is not clear on the Booking.com website instead they email you the address 2 hours prior to check in. When we phoned to speak with the staff about where to find the property, we were told that they had emailed us with details and hung up on us. The emails sent prior to us staying detailed multiple ‘house rules’ and was overly aggressive. From the expectations within the emails of patrons behaviour whilst in the property, we expected the property to be spotless. However, there were multiple things to comment on including cleanliness and appliances (TV) not working. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend staying here to anyone. We should’ve stayed at a Premier Inn or a Travelodge, at least there you know what to expect and don’t get bagged senseless prior to staying!

La calefacción funcionaba muy bien, hacía hasta calor.
La ubicación era buena, a unos 20mins andando de Trafalgar Square.
No había cafetera, aunque había hervidor.
La ducha se atascaba y acumulaba mucha agua, por lo que había que tener cuidado.
Había mucho ruido ya que la ventana daba a una carretera muy transitada.
No nos mandaron el código para entrar al apartamento, tuvimos que llamar para que nos lo dieran, pero en cuanto llamamos pudimos entrar.

I had to call and ask for the email (345pm) which was promised to be sent at 3pm. Once received getting inside was easy and the lengthy door code as annoying as it was made you feel safe it couldn’t be guessed by others.
Used dirty towels shoved on the radiator. No clean ones provided. Unmade bed covered in suspicious hairs. Stains all on the bedding too. TV had one channel. WiFi did not work. Rock hard mattress. Extractor fan in bathroom kept us awake and didn’t turn off for 30 minutes after light turned off.

Location is the best area to anywhere in London. It's located near Blackfriars station. There are many good pubs and nice Indian Restaurant.
The cost is very affordable price compare than other hotels around there.
Although stairs is bit narrow and old, but room is very clean and tidy. Shower room is very clean and looks almost new.
Checking in process was bit complicated and took some longer time. If you want to book this hotel, I'd recommend you to book minimum a week before planned checking in date.
Wifi was very weak.

It's one of the worst places to book. They are running a scam because once you've booked, it's impossible to cancel. Also, they will charge you £350 for deposit. The place is grime with a very disgusting smell.

It's a great property in a fantastic location.
They pushed hard to get a damage deposit, but when the property was without any electric for a number of hours, there was no offer of recompense.
They advertise checkin is available from 3, it isn't, they send you an email telling you to check in at 3, but this was late and we had to call to chase.
Staff were rude and unhelpful. The process hides behind GDPR, and everyone I spoke to advised they all fully understand it. They then argue when you try to explain within the UK it's Data Protection Act 2018. They send policies when you ask questions, and are unable to provide any details.

The location was OK.
My issue was that the room was 'shabby'. It needs to be redecorated, for example:
1) Paint was peeling in the kitchen
2) Shower - The shower curtain was attached to the pole via cable ties

Good location in centre of London
Apartments were not cleaned on our arrival apparently due to unforeseen circumstances involving the cleaners. We were told we could enter at 3 pm and arrived at 4 to a filthy apartments.

Nothing. I book a room for one night. I was in Rush. Room was for 103£ but there is a Hook. To get that room its not enough to just Pay for room. You need to Pay 350£ of deposit which is writer in "important information" if you use first time booking app you will lose your money because you will dont find this info easly.
All !!! Normal scam. Pay for room. When they take money for room then you will get an e-mail that before you can come you need to Pay "refundable" depoist of 350£. The triple Pay of the room. I even doesnt sure that you will get back your deposit. Maybe they break something and dont give back your deposit. Idk but never book it again.

Bed was fine. Iron worked (was a bit dirty/old).
Shower wasn’t as clean. General decor tired and not well maintained. No air con and was v hot. Shower set off fire alarm.

the change at the last minute - I had booked to stay at another location and when my check in. details came through it was for a completely different location. The location in the end was better but the last minute change was unprofessional.

3 steps check in system is annoying and be aware of 500 pounds deposit! Windows are old they need change. Bed really noisy and uncomfortable. There is no lock on the door I didn’t feel safe. rest was ok.

The location of the property was very good.
The property was unclean. Shower screen was dirty. Bedding had stains and hairs on it and the bed throw had a toe nail clipping on it. The mattress was so thin and incredibly uncomfortable, even if you sat on the mattress the springs made a noise.
The fire alarm wasn’t attached properly and wasn’t working. Various items in the property were broken which gave the impression the property isn’t well kept.

Whole booking process (3 stages). The verification of photo ID (which no-one actually uses as no check on arrival) via a third party is complex; payment of a refundable deposit of £250 for a £130 1 night stay was unexpected. Also I had to chase this stage as the email wasn’t sent before 12 noon on checkin day. Telephone staff were apologetic. Checkout process was communicated after I had left and only read email to acknowledge to cleaners I had vacated the property mid-morning. I could have been sent after key codes provided so aware before the morning. Shower head old and full of limescale so poor spray.
