This lovely property has 3 bedrooms upstairs. along with a full bath, Downstairs is a large kitchen with breakfast bar, combined living/dining room, and a half bath. There is a cute courtyard in the year that we enjoyed spending time in every evening. The location is superb with easy access to the Oracle upscale mall as well as the pedestrian only outside shopping area that had many entertainers. The unit was very clean, tastefully decorated and had everything needed from kitchen utensils to power adapters. The host, Tessa answered any and all questions in a very timely fashion. As we now have family in the area we will try to rent this property on subsequent visits.

This is a wonderful English house with a lovely back garden. We had good communication with the hosts. They even helped us by providing faster internet that we needed to do our work. The house is just like the pictures, and it's a great place to stay. Perfect location if you want to live in the centre of Reading. It is also fairly close to the Themes and a large playground, we went there quite some times with our 2-year old son. The house is well equipped for children and has toys, a baby chair, and a safety gate. It's also a travel bed for children in the house, but if you have a longer stay as we did (we lived there for two months) I would recommend buying your own bed for your infant. We will definitely stay in this house again if the whole family return to Reading. And if you want the "English feeling" with the romantic houses and small back yards, this is perfect!

The house was nice, well located and have everything we needed, but the outstanding were the hosts. They were really kind and very supportive.

The house was great, I would definitely stay again. The only frustrating thing about the house is how the hot water is preset to turn off during certain times of the day.

This is a nice place for an affordable price with a great location. However, there is a "neSt" thermostat that turns off the hot water and heat for much of the time. We were catching excursions and air planes and were up early, forced to take freezing cold showers. Even those that tried to shower the night before had cold showers. Mildly annoying was the fact that the owner sent an email stating there would be cereal, milk and orange juice and in fact there was none.

Stayed last week with my husband and four kids. It was perfect for our holiday and a great base. A couple of minutes stroll from the Oracle shopping center and lots of restaurants close by. Also the lovely touch of having tea/coffee milk, cereal and lots more provided by our host. I would highly recommend this house

Tidy, neat, welcome pack and just set up to be ready to settle in straight away. You can enjoy all reading has to offer, restaurants close by and lots of choice as well. The rooms are all clean and well maintained. Everything is easy to use and it’s a lovely quiet street considering how close it is to the oracle! Tessa and Charles were amazing, answering any queries we had and replying straight away to help settle us even faster! This really was a great pick for our two week visit with a toddler. Thanks Tessa and Charles!

Clean, modern, close to everything that Reading has to offer! Highly recommend some local spots - Sweeney Todd’s pie shop, Pepe Sale are an absolute must! Incredible hosts welcomed us with essentials (tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, OJ) - a perfect home base for our adventures to Windsor for the Royal Wedding & Highclere Castle!!!

We liked our stay, it is al perfect location in the centre of reading and close to trainstation.

Great central location walkable to everything. Townhouse was clean and spacious and easy to navigate. We would stay again when in Reading.

This family friendly home is located just a stones throw from everything you could need.... shops, supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs... all just a 4-5 min easy stroll away. Great 3 bedroom home, perfect for families. The well presented home was with clean modern appliances. There were even some toys for the kids in a cupboard. Would definitely look to stay here again if we come back to Reading.

We were staying in the house as a base to walk the Thames Path. It was ideal with restaurants and all amenities close by

We stayed at the property for two days, it was nice, clean and comfortable. The location is great, lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The shopping centre is also 2 minutes away. Tessa is very accommodating about times to check in/out. Will recommend to friends and family and would definitely book again.

Needed somewhere to stay for a weekend central to Reading but close enough to walk the short distance to Central Swimming Pool. This place ticked all the boxes. (Sorry for the corporate speak!) Suitable for four adults or a family with three smaller children. (There's a fourth bed downstairs so there is space for an extra adult/child if needede) Ideal location for the Oracle shopping centre and all the food courts nearby. For its location it was surprisingly quiet. Would book again if there's another swimming competition next year in Reading. Owner was very helpful but due to other commitments was unable to greet personally.

The walk to the town center was only 5 mins, the house was very clean and a few basics were found on arrival, milk, bread, butter, jam Tea and coffee.

Having stayed at Tessa McLeod home with my family the service and level of communication was always professional. The home is super clean, conveniently located and walking distance to all public transport, shopping centres & restaurants. Tessa was aways available to answer any queries and offer advice when required. I would definitely recommend Tessa's modern home with new kitchen appliances especially for long term stays, as has all the trimmings for both a family or corporate professional. Regards, Sean
