This loft was a great place, very easy check in, clean & very comfortable! Had everything we needed & Cal was very quick to respond. You absolutely walk out the door & you’re in the action! There are three flights of stairs but they were nothing! Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is in the PERFECT place for your Broadway visit. Literally walk out the door and you are smack dab in the middle of the party. Easy check in and check out. Attentive host who always answered my e-mails right away. Very clean and comfortable condo. Would totally recommend and would definitely re-book if we visit Nashville again. Thanks for a memorable weekend.

This place was great! Right on broadway in the heart of all the bars. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in our trip! Host was great and over all the condo was nice! only critique we have is there should be black out curtains in the main room. gets very bright in the morning and you can't sleep in. also there's a skylight in the bedroom right above your head, same issue :( please black those out for future guest if you're able too

If you want to be on the Strip, look no further. The pictures accurately represent the property. Cal, the property manager is very responsive and accommodating. The property is very well equipped, so if you want to hit the market beforehand, you'll have everything you need to prepare snacks and meals. We had a great stay - Thank you Cal!

the rental was great ,had a great time going to the boat show , the only downfall was the amount of steps to get to the unit otherwise great place !!

Cal was a great host, immediately answering any questions that we had. The place accommodated us well, and the extra half bath was really nice to have. Very convenient location. Friday night was a little crazy on Broadway, so we appreciated the ear plugs! We would definitely stay here again.

If you want to be in the center of it all, this is the place. Central Location allowed other members of our party who stayed farther away to put their shopping bags in until they could take them back at one time. I only slight issue (Not negative as this place is 5 star!) is the steps needed. It would be rough on for an older member of the party. I can't wait to go back and rent the same place.

We have stayed in Nashville using VRBO’s over a dozen times and this place is by far our favorite. Cannot beat the location…right on Broadway 😍 The accommodations and amenities were spot on and very thought out. Spacious living room, kitchen was very well stocked. Tons of coffee WITH sugar and creamer! Communication was a 👍 Will definitely be booking this place again in the future.

I am counting the days until I can return to this loft on Broadway! The loft was clean, comfortable and perfectly appointed with plenty of room for our group of 6, ages 40- 75 on a girls trip to Nash. The host was great and easy to reach when we had questions or needed assistance. However, the best thing about this space is the location. Nestled between Margaritaville and Boot Barn you are just steps from all the action on Broadway with lots to see and do all within walking distance, so no car needed. I would definitely recommend this loft for anyone headed to Nash though I wish I could keep it my little secret. : )

This property is absolutely perfect in its location. We were walking distance to all the bars on Broadway and a short ride share away from the airport. Nashville has to be the most friendly town that I’ve ever visited. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities we needed.

I rented this property to celebrate my twin girls 21st Birthdays. It was by far the best decision we ever made! From the initial contact up until we left we could not have asked for a better place. It was the perfect size for the 6 of us. Nicely decorated and very clean. The best part of this property is Location! Location! Location! We stepped out our front door and right into the action of Broadway. I will definitely be coming back to Nashville but will only stay at this property! It was reasonable and perfect! Great loft with a perfect location loft is really fun and couldn’t have a better location easy to get in and out and you’re right in the middle of everything you can get very easily to any place you want to go Uber services great comes right to the door.

If you are looking for the heart of Nashville this is it! The best location, the best clothing store is downstairs and steps from all the bars and restaurants. The bed is comfortable and ample towels. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious. Had a great time. We will be back for sure. You will get all your steps in climbing the stairs. :)

Very nice place to stay. Loved just stepping out onto Broadway. It was just as pictured. Extra towels was nice. Parking wasn't too bad once we found it. I would stay here again.

We would never stay in a hotel in Nashville again. Smack Dab in the middle of the action…But with none of the noise when you call it quits. The house is quite, well appointed and felt like home. Surprised by how quiet it was inside the rental, despite the location and noise in the street. We had a blast. Our Host was quick to answer our questions and concerns.
