This was one of the best houses that we rent, the host is really nice, She is always on contact with you.

This is a great house for a large group. It has so many things to entertain everyone.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Warm Sands! It was everything we hoped for and more! The house clean, Carol was great, and the water park in the backyard was AMAZING!! It was perfect for our first time venturing outside our house during COVID. We never even left the property once. It was awesome!

We had a great family staycation! It felt like our own mini resort :) We had two families with small kids & grandparents along! The house was nice and comfy with a room and bathroom for everyone, and a cute extra casita. We had some little challenges with figuring out the pool controls and little things around the house, but Carol was super responsive and helpful. Kiddos loved the amazing pool and game room. We all had a blast. Thank you, Carol!

This unique property was the perfect getaway for our 3 families with kids aged 9-17. It truly felt like our own private resort. Between the game room and the lazy river, the kids had so much fun that we hardly left the property. Management was extremely responsive and made our stay very special. The city of Palm Springs is very strict with noise requirements and there is a lot of signage to that effect, but it was not a problem for our group. Hope we can return!

If you are looking to share a space with multiple families...this place is the best! The initial price seems high, but after having a few families spit it it was cheaper than hotel. The lazy river was anazing!

The bedrooms are large with beautiful large en suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have fireplaces! All very cozy and romantic. The kitchen is a true chefs kitchen and great for Getting together to make some great meals. Great appliances and well stocked with dishes pots and pans and utensils. The two Casitas are great for extended family and friends . They each have their own kitchen as well! Then there is the pool! I have never seen a pool like this before! The slide and moving river are so much fun! We had an absolutely amazing time. I hope to go back again soon.

This is the most amazing property!! Just look at that pool. It has an island in the middle with a river that runs around the island. How fun is that! We floated around the island for several hours, had a great BBQ on the island, then we played pool and ping pong in the gameroom. In the evening we had cocktails at the swim-up/ walk-up bar and a terrific dinner in the huge diningroom in the main house. We hired a chef which was a great decision. This property is your own personal resort. I can't think of anything better. Can't wait to do it again!
