Location ,Modern Amenities and super clean with big balcony facing towards sea. The room has a big SMART TV with NETFLIX😍 ,sorrounding sound system and a projector too to watch anything you like.Breakfast was also good.

Veg and Non veg breakfast were kept side by side to use same spoon too. Please mark them (veg/Non veg) and keep separately.It's good for vegeterian people like us.

Our host, Cleo, was great, super friendly and attentive, and it was evident all the work he put into the rooms. When we arrived we had two desserts waiting for us and every day the housekeeper would give us two more and some water bottles. Our room had a huge projector, a computer system, an amazing sound system and Netflix. Our balcony had a view to the sunrise over the sea, which was very beautiful. The bathroom was big and had all kind of amenities, including a towel drier, helpful after a day at the beach. The breakfast was good, taking into account that this is not a hotel, but it still had all the main “hotel breakfast” components.

The breakfast could have more fruit.

Very central and it has the best location to access everything (food, ATV/car rental, souvenirs, etc) in Fira! Very comfortable, nice place to return to after a long day. Did not expect the additional amenities which made our stay even more pleasant, our room has a projector for Netflix night too :) The breakfast selection was sufficient enough, we enjoyed having our breakfast on the balcony and watching the morning crowd.

The reception area was a bit small and we were a bit lost during check-in. Will need to call the manager when you are there, thankfully we registered for a Greece prepaid number for our trip.

Really close to the bus station,close to the main road so you have access to pretty much everything

great location and host! facilities were really modern and nice. the property is close to all the attractions and bus station from where you can travel all around the island.

The room was pretty big, clean, super technological, with every comfort. The location is perfect to visit the island via public transport since it is just 5 min walking from bus station. Also the beautiful center of Fira is 1 min walking. Many restaurants around

Very nice Place. The hotel Is in the center of fira near all the attraction. The room was beautiful, with a big computer and TV with Netflix. The staff help us with all the stuffs. If we will return in Fira in future we will stay here again. Super approved.👍

the property is in the center square super accessible. the staff are wonderful Helena and specially the manager Kleathis was super nice he very accommodating.

The room is completely automated, you have Netflix services, even a projector! It's completely insane! The buffet-style breakfast was good, Elena was very kind and you can eat inside the room that is well equipped. The manager will be waiting for you to give you the keys of the room, and there are only four rooms, so it's perfect. It is located in the main square of Fira, so you have most of the attractions near the building and the bus station as well.

They don't have any appropriate place to keep the luggage and we have to leave it in a store right behind the building, but it was OK. There was a party one night and we could barely sleep until 4.30am because it was too loud.

Breakfast was a great surprise : tasteful and generous (many thanks to Elena who was a great host by the way). There is a special equipment to enjoy Netflix (an overhead projector is available). Localisation is perfect (very close to bus station that can lead you to port/Oia/Fira and many more destination). Room very clean with a small balcony.

The high stair to the room is a little difficult when you have heavy luggage

Room numbers are completely new, stylish,very clean & comfortable.It was very functional with lots of things that are not as a standard in other locations & rooms.There was Netflix, PC with keyboard & mouse connected to 42” TV Hitachi and, think for a moment - Projector ViewSonic connected to cable TV & Netflix with huge moving screen with remote control.In bathroom very nice & high quality plumbing & as a big plus was a heater with functional of extra quick dryer mode. Balcony is also very comfortable with enough place for seething in the evenings with glass of vine! As for breakfast. It was very interesting interpretation of standard dishes with mix of local products. And it was enough to get your body charged minimum for a half day. And of course personal is very nice , flexible & without any problems. Thanks for every detail that you done in this room! You are great!

My wife and I stayed here and it was amazing! mPerfect location wiith direct access to main square and the beautiful views just a few minutes away. The staff was friendly and amazing! The rooms were clean modern and up to standard and the breakfast is delicious we highly recommend this location!

At first you enter a very narrow corridor to reach the rooms - and it looks pretty odd, so you lower your expectations of what will be next - but then you reach these WONDERFUL suites that are very well kept and accommodating. The facilities are great and the help by Cleo and Elena with the operation of all the facilities and the food - was exceptional! It is also very centered in Fira so you have a very convenient walking distance to everywhere - including a close-by main bus-station and taxi station, not to mention the places to get tours and ferries.

The entrance is a little worrying because it's so narrow - but as stated above - you quickly disregard it when you see the gems inside. The one thing that bothered me a little, but that is just the location, is that there was loud music throughout the night - which made it difficult to sleep.

The location of the hotel was perfect near to the center and a lot of restaurants available. The room was highly equipped with a projector and a computer, we could also print documents by ourselves

So noisy due to the music of the restaurants (we couldn't sleep before midnight), almost as it's a small hotel (like an apartment with 4 rooms) we can hear the other customers if they talk loud. The breakfast was medium, we didn't eat well

We liked very much the location, in center of Fira. The studio is very clean, it has a beautiful view of the sea, all the electronics are top notch, we had netflix, youtube, a big screen with projector. The bathroom is big, the shower is very nice. The breakfast was very tasty, every day different choices. Every day we had our room cleaned, the towels replaced. It was a great experience. We will definitly come back here 😁
