There are no single reason to like the hotel.
Firstly the hotel is very far from the downtown. And the nearest bus stop is about 1 k.m far from them. And there are no auto & Taxi stand as well. On the other side there are no hotels for eating near to the hotel.
Secondly they accept the booking from sites like booking.com but denied the prices shows there after confirm the booking.
I with a group of 5 adults went there after confirm my booking as a foreign tourist. But the denied the prices which i confirmed 2 days ago from the booking.com. If i were the citizen of this country i could have taken legal actions against them for the harassment.
Finally, The hotel receptionist is so much unprofessional with his dress as well as the style he talks to the clients.
It seems like he was drunk as well. And he was gambling on the phone when we just arrived there to have our first talk. We had to stand for 10+ minutes after a long journey to have our first conversation.

The room was very dirty, no house cleaning at all, entrance was dirty, bathroom is not clean, room was not sanitised, there were spit marks of previous occupant already present along with dirty used bed linen. There is no house keeping staff at all and no free breakfast (the option which I opted) was given. It was a terrible experience.

It was an amazing trip really loved the property the saraff were really helpful and had really enjoyed as i discovered the lake opposite to the property with vivid flowers and mesmerizing water biddy which hooked me for an hour and was so calm and serene ... Value for money and really enjoyed the stay .. thank you team lake view and Oyo cheers ....👍
