Apartment is nice and clean.

No wifi and no one to approach incase some issue. Dish washer was broken.

Car parking was in front of the house. The parking space itself was a bit small, but not a big problem. The house complex is behind a closed gate. This was very nice and we felt safe.

After the full refund cancellation date was exceeded. The landlord sent me a text message telling me to leave 50 euro in an envelope that was left on the dinnertable. This was for lingerie service. This was NOT mentioned in the ad on booking.com. Another thing was the wifi. Due to "construction" there was no wifi. The ad should be updated to reflect this long before our stay, because the construction that "was the reason" has been there for a year at least. The third and, for us, the worst was the air condition. The add states that the house has aircondition. Yes, it does, BUT, it's a BIG but here, the aircondition is on the ground floor, same floor as the kitchen and living room. The bedrooms were one floor up where there was NO AIR CONDITION. So technically, the ad is correct, there is a aircondition in the house, but for daily use, the air condition DID NOT PROVIDE the cooling that we expected: in our bedrooms while we were sleeping.

I had 0 response from the property. the night before they insisted I laid €550 deposits with no warning! there lights we handing off the ceiling. the stair rail was not bolted to the wall. screw we’re sticking up out the floor, I cut my foot open.

The online advert never mentioned the limitations of numbers of occupancy. I booked for a family of five my kids and wife. I paid for the amount advertised. On arrival no one came to greet us. Not seen no heard from anyone. The breakfast they promised never arrived or wasn’t there except loaf of bread, egg and ham which couldn’t even last for one person a day. I wasn’t told that was the promised breakfast so I didn’t touched it. When my day for check reached the landlord came from no where knocked the doors several times at 10pm when the kids were asleep causing them severe fear and panic. We didn’t know who the person was until the next morning when he sent an India chap who told us the landlord came knocking on the door to demand extra money for housing five people. I seriously do not know where that came from since I booked the house for five people

Absolutely terrible But if you are low income earner who just need a place to rest your head for the next day. It could be ok but not worth the money

This was a great place for four single adults to stay. We each had our own sleeping space. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was nice to have two showers in the apartment. The breakfast was good. We would have liked butter or some sort of oil to cook the eggs. The toaster did not work but we were able to toast the bread in the oven.

There was not enough toilet paper for four adults for our stay. We arrived Saturday evening and spent Sunday at Disneyland. We were not able to locate an open store to purchase more toilet paper until Monday morning. There was no dish soap or drying towels in the kitchen to wash the dishes. There were not enough towel racks in the bathrooms to hang our wet towels after showering.
