Well, what should i say about this Homestay. I'm not getting words. Firstly its location, it's hardly 30 seconds walk from Alleppey railway station. No need to take any public transport. Even the main beach is within few mins walking distance. It's a home away from home. Not even for a second you'll feel like you're staying in hotel or lodge. It's a home. You can treat it as your own home. Such a positive vibes you get as soon as you enter the building. Clean stairs, clean corridors, clean balcony everything is upto mark. It's open 24/7, so there's no boundation that you shouldn't return late night. Room is clean and Cosy. You get what you pay. Totally value for money. Now coming to the owner of this property. Sayanth.. He is such a friendly and jovial guy. Full of life. He take cares of each and every people staying in his property personally. He treats them as their family member. My stay at Eden homestay Alleppey exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in providing exceptional service, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel is truly impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. Very close property to Alleppey beach and backwaters. Location was impressive and walking distance to Alleppey railway station.

I have paid extra money to the owner as demanded by him towards tax even though my total cost offered by Booking. Com includes taxes. No bill, entry in the register. No bathroom kids, towel, bucket, dust bin in the room. No drinking water No attenter

The should obey the comment made in the offer through on-line booking Towel, bucket, dust bin, bedsheet, drinking water are minimum requirements should be fulfilled

1.Room was very small. 2. 2 separate beds provided instead of 1 double bed. 3. Doesn't have washbasin in the room. 4. Lots of lizards and flies in the room. Pest control is not done.

Location near the railway station

The staff named Rinku was horrible. My mother is a CABG patient and this guy put off the light as soon as my mother started walking up the stairs. He was also very rude since morning. While returning from the beach in the evening, we found an auto rickshaw towards our hotel. As it stopped, I found Rinku in the auto rickshaw. While I told the driver about our destination, Rinku recognised us and started screaming "Po, Po" at the driver and the driver suddenly left without us.

Drove all the way to property man at the desk tell uss price on line is wrong they wanted double money then advertise he did not consider our booking was late at night we had to find another hotel sadly.

I had a fantastic experience at this beachfront property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good location and well connected backwaters contacts. The peaceful night from balcony was a great experience.

The room was quite large and the bed was comfortable. Located very near the Railway station. Very quiet area. No noise at night. Got a peaceful sleep. The weather was very pleasant and the fan was good. Lots of local eateries nearby. Peaceful neighbourhood. Beach is close by.

Parking was a tight squeeze in the property. Open parking was available.

Keep good staff for cleaning.
