Mimo że blisko tramwaje i ruchliwa ulica mieszkanie ciche:) Super że jest zagwarantowane miejsce parkingowe :)

W upalne dni tak jak byłem ja z rodzinką niestety w mieszkaniu brak klimy dawał o sobie znak. Okna mieszkania na południowo-zachodnią strone- jak w akwarium

W pobliżu apartamentu jest Schronisko dla bezdomnych więc w okolicy kręci się nieciekawe towarzystwo

Die Wohnung war direkt neben der Hauseingangstür die immer ins Schloß gekracht ist und alles hat gewackelt.Hat aber mit der Wohnung an sich Nix zu tun.

The apartment was like on the images. The location is fine, a shop is near the apartment.

Even if I called and announced that we will arrive in 30 minutes, we arrived at the destination and nobody was there. I called again and someone told me that he will arrive. After another hour I called again and he told me that he is in the traffic. Finally he arrived and discovered that he didn't have the keys of the apartment and we needed to wait another colleague to come with the keys. So I think that after three hours we succeeded to enter in the apartment. I read that also other people had the same problem, but I thought that maybe it was only one time, but it seems that it wasn't.

The apartment was fine. And reasonably close to public transport and a supermarket. Parking the car was underneath which was difficult to navigate, but didn't worry us because we didn't use the car again.

The area was a little dodgy. And we had a problem because the washing machine wouldn't open, and despite numerous texts and calls the technician didn't arrive and we had to leave our clothes in the machine! Have been communicating but have had no response as to whether our clothes are being posted to us, or whether we are receiving compensation. So lack of follow up is a problem.

The owners were very pushy to have me check-in as early as possible. I was busy and kept receiving phone calls from an unknown number and messages from the owner saying "pickup the manager's calls" I said I couldn't call and asked they text me. They didn't. I had to rush to get there in time, and when the manager, who hinted they were waiting for very long in their car opened the door, he said "I hope it was cleaned" Well, it wasn't. It was so dirty I had to start cleaning so I could simply stay in it until the cleaning staff came and finished. So I was forced into rushing to get there, was hinted I was annoying, and I stayed 2 hours on a chair while the linen on the bed were changed. Also staying in the apartment while the cleaning lady was working was super awkward.

Fee to check in was required in cash and was quite high - 50 euro.

We appreciated the playground located within the complex and the convenience of the property's private parking garage. Additionally, the property's proximity to public transportation and its easy access to the city center were also positive aspects of our stay.

The reservation was made for two adults and a two-year-old child, but upon arrival, only one bed was prepared, and we did not receive the sheets for the additional bed initially. Unfortunately, the main bed was not spacious enough for all three of us to sleep comfortably. However, the staff provided the sheets for the second bed upon our request the following day.

Very close to tram stop where you can get teams direct to centre of Prague or the castle in 15 mins , quiet area , underground parking , co fly bed , friendly attentive host

Couch has a really bad squeak and the fridge is super noisy , doesn’t sound healthy , can be a bit disturbing while you’re trying to sleep , these are small issues which don’t detract from the overall experience

Accommodation includes free parking in the own underground car park, wifi did work entirely great during our stay, big room with open kitchen, bath room includes a washing machine, perfect holiday flat for a longer stay. Tram stop is a 4 mins walk away, city center can be reached easy and quick by tram line 6 or metro line C. Lidl supermarket is located next to the tram stop. Host is super friendly and helpful!

Water pressure was pretty low when having a shower - the only issue to complain about!

All was good, but bathroom was rather smelly due to some piping issues i guess.

Good location in new building. It's easy to reach the center by train or walk. There is are big store close - Lidl. Appartments are clean and useful. Everything needed is inside. Prague is beautiful, especially close to Christmas.

the room was way too cold, and although we asked for help, nothing changed, the heating system wasnt operating properly and also we couldnt help it with the control panel

Very good safety, easy finding, very friendly and helpful host. I loved the privat garage and that it’s located near tram station, where can you reach the city center very quick. Also very big balcony and nice, big and very clean bathroom.

Small details, like the floor tiles were wobbly and the shower didn’t have gaskets - we didn’t notice it before the flood all over the bathroom. Which comes again with a plus - the mop was already on the reach of hand :)

Everything. You cannot find a better place to stay.

Apartment was absolutly fine. Local transport stations were 5 min away.

Not many grocery shops/restaurants around, so please buy food in larger shops.
