Absolutely perfect property for our conference. Nice and spacious. Well equipped. Great shower pressure. Plenty of bathrooms. Comfy beds. We had the best time.

I remember watching these places being built. Very well designed and equipped. Superb view and a stroll into town. Can’t fault the place.

The cleanliness of the property was sub-standard. Venetian blind not working, window catches missing, some lights not working, very dusty, kitchen tiles not cleaned properly . While the location was good the presentation of the property was very disappointing. Our cleaning fee was refunded but the refund should have been higher.

It really suited the 2 couples as we had our own space but could come together socially in the living areas. Our only compliant was the outdoor patios could do with a clean as could the outdoor furniture downstairs. Otherwise a great place to stay

Good location for most things in town. Layout over 3 stories makes it a leg work out and not the best for little kids.

Property was in a beautiful spot and pretty quiet. Needed some maintenance and the cleaning wasn’t great.

Great stay! We will definitely be back! Lots of room for multiple groups, right on the water and not far from town. We enjoyed everything about this stay and can’t wait to come back

This apartment is in a lovely complex and sitting on the sofa with a coffee, watching the ducks on the river is not a bad way to start the day. Unfortunately we didn’t have the weather for it but there are two outdoor areas to further take advantage of the view. Kitchen is well-equipped, rooms are a good size and beds are comfortable. The sofa could probably do with an update and the bathroom for the downstairs bedroom is very small but serviceable. The apartment spans three levels so would not be suitable for anyone with any mobility issues as the stairs are quite steep. The garage was a benefit and we found the location a good base for our daily travels.

This was a lovely apartment and the view was stunning. Really appreciated the easy access and check-in etc was a breeze. Only problems were with the drains - they smelt a bit downstairs and upstairs they were blocked. Also there was quite a large (unfriendly) laminated sign in the bathroom saying that we would be charged extra if we didn’t use the special wiper after each shower - but there was no wiper (in the ground floor shower). Other than that though it was excellent.

Fabulous location and views of the river and moored boats. Very handy. A 5 minute walk to main shopping area of Taupo. Three level apartment, (not suitable for elderly due to lots of stairs), but for us it was great! No traffic noise. Would stay there again.
