perfect place to stay perfect scenes throughout the area

My husband, baby son and I stayed in this beautiful apartment at the end of October. It is located in perfect neighborhood minutes walk from the beach and tram station. The view from apartment is spectacular! It is sparkly clean and very quite. You have everything you need to cook and do laundry. You wake up in the morning and see the beach and the sea literally from your bed. Lorena was very helpful and responsive. We had pleasant vacation in Alicante!

The apartment was characterful, comfortable, well-equipped and spotlessly clean - a home-from-home. The well equipped kitchen provided the convenience of being able to prepare meals and eat out on the balcony taking in the spectacular views of the sea and the castle - really allowed us to relax at our own pace. The apartment was perfectly situated close to the beach and a short walk to the city centre, with a large shopping plaza close by and several small shops and butchers just a couple of minutes away. The booking process was seamless and Lorena was very helpful and informative and accommodate our late arrival. Thank you Lorena, we had the prefect holiday.

The apartment had absolutely everything we needed to make sure our holiday was a relaxing one and Lorena was very friendly and helpful . The location was great. Being close to the old town, restaurants, a supermarket and the tram/bus stops, together with fabulous views of the coastline and castle, all added up to memorable stay. Many thanks!

The habitation was excellent. Everything was clean and the apartment is very spacious. It is located near the beach in the top level of apartment building. Very nice view on the sea and the castle. Lorena was very nice and obliging. I think this was not the last time we visited Alicante, now that we found this nice apartment :-)

we spent a week in this beautiful apartment and it was really wow. it is very well situated, almost 10 minutes of beach, supermarket and the down town. fully equipped so bring only yourself :) Very friendly and helpful owner, Lorena thank you for all the advice you gave us .. and yes the paella was so delicious :) The beach view on the balcony is amazing... and the apartment is more beautiful in reality than the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay and we are already planning our next trip Fadia & Ahmed from Montréal - Canada

The apartment has everything you could possibly need. The view from the wrap round balcony along the coast and to the castle when it is lit up at night are spectacular. Lorena the caretaker was very helpful.

"Just back from a great holiday in Alicante. The apartment was much more than i expected. The friendliness of Maria J. was exceptional. I would recommend this apartment to anyone it was large and had every possible impliment that you would need. It was like a home away from home. In fact the whole of the apartment complex was a pleasure. The Janitor was more than helpful when we needed him. As it is on the top floor of the apartment complex there is a nice breeze throughout the apartment which was pleasurable in the heat. The location was fantastic literally across the road from the beach. There was a delicious italian resturant on the ground floor and the apartment was secure in that it was gated which gave me piece of mind when my 8 year old son went to play outside on the ground floor. I am just about to contact Maria J. to book it again for another month next year. Thank you Maria J. for a brilliant apartment to enjoy our holiday."

"Excellent apartment with a full set of equipment, a huge balcony and beautiful views. Close to everything: beach, historic district, a large supermarket and public transport. There is not too hot due to the high floor and windows on three sides, even without air conditioning. Very friendly hostess."
