Not exactly as it read online Very basic accommodation but it did the job for the night . Nice dinner and breakfast on the terrace No English spoken but it didn't matter .

De homestay eigenaar was heel erg vriendelijk. Ze werkte heel hard en had zelfs een ontbijtje voor ons klaar staan op de laatste dag toen we om half 6 's ochtends moesten vertrekken.

De eerste dag was de homestay overboekt waardoor we in een andere homestay moesten slapen. De kwaliteit hiervan was vele minder dan onze eigen homestay.

Une très belle famille accueillante qui cuisine extrêmement bien. Nous nous sommes sentis bien accueillis dans leur maison et avons aimé les expériences dr bateau avec eux. Ils rendent beaucoup de service, on recommande

Staff was really nice and helpful, food was great and location was nice with view. Laundry service was nice addition. Accomodation and price matched each other.

Mattresses were quite hard, but I guess thats really usual in this area. Soundproofing in the rooms wasn't good and you could easily hear other guests and roosters outside, earplugs are mandatory, if you have problems with sleeping. Bathrooms could have been cleaner, there were some trash on the floor left from previous guests and sink faucet were covered with lime. Anyway we liked our stay and those things didn't bother our stay too much.

Dinner was nice. You can rent bikes. Prices are very reasonable. The kids are super cute. You pay all drinks and everything at the end.

Beds are hard. Showers weren't really clean. Owner is shy and doesn't talk much. It was pretty okay here, but wouldn't give it a 9.

This homestay is located in a relatively peaceful area of the village. It can be accessed from the main Boat Station by taking a boat across the lake to the eastern dock and walking for 15 minutes. The room is very clean, spacious (for a homestay), and well cared for. The main common area affords a good view of the farming delta to the W and valley to the E. All meals are available at a very reasonable cost and, as with most homestays, is plentiful with a variety. The staff are not always around but can sometimes be found in the cooking area. This homestay is an incredible value for what they are charging.

We experienced a significant issue with arranging breakfast and an early morning ride to the boat station to catch our bus on the last morning. Staffs' understanding of english is not the greatest (and I certainly wouldn't expect it to be - it is Vietnam) so I sent a message through bookings.com and had a local guide we hired communicate and confirm the arrangements. Long story kept short, we didn't get breakfast that we paid extra for, had to wake up the staff and ended up walking most of the ways to the closest boat dock. In all fairness, just before we got to the boat station, homestay staff came along with 2 motorcycles - drove us to the boat and boated us across the lake to catch our bus in plenty of time. Just didn't need the added stress early in the morning. Really, the staff (2 ladies) are wonderful, just be careful when making plans.
