due to close proximity with train station, was easy to reach. room and also wash room was fine for casual travelling / stay.

First time we stayed it was winter. Room was cozy and quiet. Staff was fabulous. The location is super, as you are in the heart of Sachenhausen.

This time we stayed in the summer and the room was warm (no A/C) and noisy. There is a main rail line nearby and with an open window there is a lot of sound. Staff was still wonderful. Very helpful. Location still wonderful.

There is no breakfast provided here, but it's very close to a supermarket, so it's easy to get food and soft drinks. Its location is very convenient, about 8-10 min. walking distance to the Frankfurt South Train station, same distance to Kaiser Strasse, where you can easily find popular local restaurants that serve Apfelwein. 15 min. to the Main river, 2 min. to the bus stop that goes to the Frankfurt International Airport.

The free internet is okay with normal surfing on the internet, but not for doing online courses overseas. The room doesn't have air-conditioning, which is normal in Germany, but it does have a fan.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is next to a train line, which is very noisy. There is no air conditioning so the rooms are very hot. The beds were small with no side tables. Kitchen part of the room had no curtains, so the room was always lit

Pretty decent hotel for a one night stay between the flights. Only chose it because it was close to the train station

Parking

Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Good price.

No reception at weekend (evenings). I arrived late and tried searching my email for code to open a box on wall outside to get keys to enter but found nothing. Then phone battery died. Unfortunately I didn't get in until next day, then a kind resident called a number for me and somebody came and I got into my room. I will say though that I was refunded my first night as I was locked out.

Staff, clean, comfortable and value of money

I think this hotel deserves a maximum of 1 star because they were several damages in the room as well as a bad smell and you could hear the neighbours. The equipment was very basic not even clean for heating up the water or a refrigerator. On top of that the parking is not included and they charge you €10 per nightnight.
