This was a nice little condo to stay at. Plenty of places to walk to shop and eat. We were in town for a softball tournament and being right above Kilwins chocolate shop was definitely a hit. The only complaint I would mention is the beds are very very soft and this is nothing the owner can prevent but 4 of the 7 mornings we were woken up by the garbage truck out the back window that was very loud. But like I said that isn't anything the owner can prevent. We love the little town and would definitely stay again.

Clean, cozy place within easy walking distance of a lot of great bars, restaurants and shops. Don’t miss MOBB distillery…great spot off the beaten path. Condo is awesome…highly recommend.

Could not get a better location and place to stay in Ft Collins. Place is clean and well put together and absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to check out old town area

Overall wonderful experience and I will be back. Next time (and if you’re a light sleeper) might need to bring a white noise machine or fan to drown out the road noise and the Old Town party crowd from about 10pm-2am.

Great little place. A review or 2 might have mentioned noise from outside. Dad and I were in the condo watching basketball for three straight days over St. Patrick’s Day weekend, and yes, we could hear some noise, the occasional booming car going by, but nothing that overpowered the sound of a basketball game on TV. and I never heard anything at night. Dad said he heard a train horn one night but that was about it. If bars and restaurants are your thing this is the place. My son goes to school at CSU so we have spent a lot of time in Fort Collins and it is unbelievable how many restaurants and bars there are in old town. Yes most of them are populated by kids who look about 12 to me but if you’re there in the afternoon or during the day you basically had the place to yourself. At night it looked like a wild party down there. Ram band night on Thursday night when all the college kids go out looks pretty crazy. And then Friday was St. Patrick’s Day and that was a giant party for a whole day. But by midnight it was quiet. There is a fantastic Greek gyro cart parked right on the corner outside of the condo. I know I put on 5 pounds eating two gyros and a sausage at sometime after midnight both nights. Highly recommended. We had a great view of all of it from the windows. Two very comfortable beds, a nice bathroom, a kitchen with everything you could possibly need, every restaurant and bar imaginable within walking distance. What more could you want.

Great location. Walking distance to everything downtown. Clean place. Easily accessible 2 nice bedrooms. Couldve used a 2nd key as therw were two families.

We loved our stay at this home. Great spot, convenient parking, clean and in the heart of Old Town! We’d definitely stay again!

Too many stairs to climb at 76. No coffee for 1st morning. Loved going down to Starry Nights Coffee each morning though! Delicious! Hard climbing back upstairs with hot coffee! Had to go to bed at 9:00 because of harsh overhead lighting,—no lamps in living room! Uncomfortable bed and pillows! Otherwise it was a nice adventure.

We loved the area and location. Condo was perfect for what we needed.

Great location, comfy digs, had the best weekend! Definitely recommend if you’re ok with a little late evening “bar friends finding their way home” noise (truly not a big deal tho); to me it’s a fair trade off for being just steps away from all the fun

The location of this property is great! Love the old town area and all the walkable places nearby. Would stay here again. Would recommend owner include a welcome notebook with instructions for guests (TV instructions, garbage/recycling, what to do upon leaving, etc). There is no streaming device for TV to watch netflix, hulu, etc. Kitchen items VERY SPARSE. Nothing for oven use.

This is our second time staying here. Great location with lots of character. Easy check in and check out. Old Town can be a little noisy at night, but that's the trade off for the amazing location. We'll be back again for sure.

We were happy to arrive after a long hot day of driving. The apartment is cute and has many nice touches. The paid parking structure is a few blocks away, rarely are there spots on the street. As one reviewer commented “Parking is a concern so you need to be prepared.” Later that evening, when we finally peeled back the sheets to hop in bed, we found about a dozen hairs, large and small, dark and light, between the sheets. Yuck. I contacted the host to ask where I could find other sheets to put on the bed. He replied by saying we should contact the cleaners. It was late so we decided to sleep in the smaller bed. It was a rough night, lots of street noise (expected) and uncomfortable bedding. The next morning when I got in the shower I was greeted with a shower curtain liner that should have been replaced long ago. Next was breakfast: dishes had not been washed properly and were sticky on the back. Most of them were chipped. One glass even had a chip on the rim-dangerous! Luckily we like to share as there was only one butter knife. All along we were trying to get connected to the wifi unsuccessfully. The host checked if we had the correct password because the wifi was working for the neighbors. We did. These problems were making it impossible to enjoy visiting Fort Collins. We did not have time to coordinate with the cleaners or troubleshoot the wifi. Because we needed wifi and a clean place to sleep we decided to leave. The host offered to refund our cleaning fee and some rent instead of writing a poor review. We declined and suggested he use those funds to deep clean the apartment, upgrade the bedding and replace the dishes. If those things get done it will be a great place to stay, especially if you want to enjoy the FOCO night life.

The VRBO had all of the amenities needed for our stay. Was very clean and comfortable with an awesome location where you can walk to all the restaurants and shops in old town Fort Collins. Was visiting my son who moved to Fort Collins and will book this location again on future visits

The idea of staying in a loft in downtown fort collins above a coffee shop was very appealing ! And it did not disappoint! Thr loft is in a historical building and has been completely remodeled. The area it is in has some really amazing restaurants and shops. We had the best time !

Great location.

The only stumbling block I had was figuring out which lockbox to use! That took me all of 20 seconds and then we were good to go. BTW, the manager clearly told me which one, I just spaced out. The place is real cool. I love the layout. It is perfectly located in old town Ft Collins. There were 4 adults staying at the place; we had ample room to move around and do our thing. If you are looking for a place to stay in old town, this is it.

All around great experience! Will rent again!

This is the perfect location for a walking stay in FoCo.. Wonderful restaurants and intriguing shops all around.The accommodations were clean and cozy with the features of a historical building. We loved it.

I loved this loft, was very cool, clean and comfortable. I didn’t even have any trouble finding parking. And so awesome having coffee, chocolate and ice cream right next door!

Wonderful place to spend a week during the holidays ! This is great place to stay in Fort Collins. The location is excellent. The downtown is beautiful & festive during the winter.

The property was as advertised!

This property was fantastic! Very clean, modern, bright, airy and oozing with character. The location could not be better. It's very centrally located to everything you would want to shop in Old Town. Friday and Saturday nights on College Ave can be quite noisy (which is the only reason I did not give all five stars in this category), but the property managers thoughtfully provide ear plugs for those who want to turn in before the street party is over. :) We will definitely be returning to the Starry Lofts for our future visits.

This loft like location was in the middle of downtown Ft Collins. Online booking and info was easy and simple. the rooms were big and the beds comfy, kitchen and living were perfect size. Very affordable, would recommend to anyone traveling for a fun stay in downtown. Only request would be a fan for the bedrooms during the summer.

The apartment’s in a prime location smack in the middle of downtown. Terrific walkability. We stayed in Unit B with bedroom windows facing the back street which can be a little noisy. Plus the train passed through town in the middle of the night and sounds its horn. However, earplugs were conveniently provided on the nightstands. It was pretty easy to find street parking.

Perfect location in the middle of prime downtown shops and restaurants. Communication and description were spot on. Parking was not an issue within a block and didn’t notice noise at all. Great value. Hallway leading to apartment could use some attention.

The property was great. Everything you needed, nothing you didn't. Well suited to the nightlife crowd. Unfortunately the streets get loud early in the morning but earplugs were provided.

We LOVED our time in Fort Collins, in huge part to the amazing location of this property. And it was clean and easy to access.

We had a wonderful stay in Fort Collins. There are some downtown noises in the night but that is part of the charm. Parking is a concern so you need to be prepared. Management is good about giving these details. We had everything we needed and plenty of room for three adults. Lots of GREAT shopping, food and entertainment within walking distance.
