The very warm welcome from the start from a very lovely lady host , was fantastic!! She was so informative and helpful , and so lovely to talk to, we thank you heaps for your help. This apartment is very comfortable, clean , spacious, kitchen complete with everything you need , 2 bathrooms were exceptional, and the heating works very well. Both bedrooms have balconies overlooking the canals. The location is superb , close to St Marks Square , and next to Teatro Le Fenice !!

We stayed at this incredibly charming apartment over the summer and would highly highly recommend it. The location can't be beat - St Marks Sq is just a few minutes walk away and all the lovely meandering venice streets, boutiques (the poshest ones as well as the little souvenir shops) and eateries are literally right around the corner. The place is exactly as pictured, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Gave us very helpful reccos on everything from restaurants to how best to get to the place from the airport. Someone even came to greet us at our rialto stop when we arrived and escorted us right to the apartment so we didn't have to worry about getting lost in the maze that venice can be, however lovely. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Venice.

Only thing to be mindful about is that you have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to the apartment.

Loved everything about the place. It was spacious, clean and tidy, rooms and toilets were big enough. All the amenities in the house were working most especially the air conditioning unit.

Loads of stairs, a bit difficult when you have heavy luggages but we already know about this prior to booking the place

Location was great. You can stand in the balcony and watch the gondolas go by. Can’t beat that.

AC remote for master bedroom wasn’t working. We figured it out second day. There is no elevator. Maybe it’s being repaired. Not sure but 4 floors with baggage is not fun. Shower head was difficult to figure out. Cold and hot water come out indiscriminately. Strange. Bed is hard!

Loved the terrace overlooking the canal. It really made for an authentic experience.

The showers had terrible water pressure and temperature control.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Suited us perfectly as a family of 5. Great location and lovely restaurant very close by. The host is exceptional and definitely deserves a mention, very responsive, great communication. Arranged our water taxi transfer from airport, shared lots of tips and restaurant recommendations.

Be warned there is 3 flights of stairs to climb.

Superb location. Great view from the windows. Spacious and very clean apartment with 2 bathrooms. Very helpful and welcoming host. When we saw there is no iron she went and bought it for us the next day.

This is more informational and not a complaint: The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so it was a little hard to take the suitcases up and down. Also the pressure in the shower was low and the water was not always hot lol The bed in the main bedroom was too soft for us but the other bedroom has an extra bed so we were ok.

Comfortable and spacious and location couldn’t have been better!! And we’ve been many times to Venice! The view and sounds from the main bedroom, second bedroom AND living room/dining room are amazing. The Barcaroli (canal/river) below the apartment is obviously a favourite for Gondolas with opera singers, acordeons or guitar. We saw them every day. There were 2 gondolas docked next to the apartment. The apartment is super luminous with tall windows and ceilings. It has new AC units for a hot day. Our out-of -a-movie part (like James Bond) was taking a motorboat taxi at the Marco Polo airport and arriving at the flat Porta D’Acqua ( water access door). Such a beautiful trip! Clean, super equipped kitcken which is clearly recently upgraded ( We had new dishwasher and new induction cookers, clothes washer and clothes drier) An additional den useful to put your luggage and full of drawers for your clothes. 2 bathrooms is super convenient and I liked the cute courtyard entrance. Super safe area. We found a hidden supermarket (Crai) just minutes away and Piazza San Marco didn’t take us more than 5-7 minutes. I would like to go back to this place. Host was super reachable by phone or whatsapp if you had any queries, was friendly and multilingual. We easily met for check in. Hope you enjoy Venice as much as we did. We should have stayed more days! Just a few steps from La Fenice Theatre ( and it’s delicious pasticceria, ice cream shop and inside and outside tables)
