Lovely place near park güell - very clean and well stocked. It’s a bit of a trek into town, but the metro is fast and we quickly figured out the lines. Nice to have a large house for all of our family members! Thank you Dolors!

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Dolors was very responsive to any questions I had leading up to the stay. The location and property was also ideal for our large group (8 adults and 5 children 1yr-9yr). There were multiple groceries stores close by, which we went to daily :), as well as easy access to the metro and bus. Highly recommend for large groups!

Dolors home is a great place for a family to stay in Barcelona--it is in a quiet neighborhood with groceries, restaurants, and bakeries near by. A very short walk to the bus or a about 10 minutes to the metro gets you right to the center of the city.. Dolors is helpful with information on the area and her house!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Barcelona at Dolor’s property. We were a party of 9 and there was more than enough space for us all. The property is very large and over 3 floors. The top 2 for bedrooms/ bathrooms and downstairs for the large kitchen, dining area, living room, garden and an extra bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed and there was plenty of chairs for us all to sit together to eat round the table. The garden was lovely to have and a safe place for the children – quite a suntrap! There was a lot of bathrooms which is nice when there are quite a few people sharing a property. The house was nice and clean, towels and bedding all provided. The beds were very comfortable. There is central heating/ air conditioning at the property, depending what time of year you go. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher at the property so we took tablets for those to use in our cases. Dolors also provided us with a travel cot with bedding in. There is a small convenience store just at the side of the property which was ideal to nip to for essentials (bread/ wine/ ice cream 😀�). There was a bigger supermarket over the bridge and up the hill to the right, approx. 5/10 mins walk – we got everything we needed from there for the week. There is a very nice bakery at the side of the supermarket. Again walking up towards the bridge you can get buses into the centre very easily – they are regular and take about 20 mins – it was our preferred method of transport with a pram. The underground metro was again only a 5/10 mins walk away and this was much quicker to get into the centre – about 8 mins. We used this when going to Las Ramblas. The property is located about 5 mins walk from the back entrance of Parc Guell – we used this entrance and saw parts of the parc we would have otherwise never discovered. You can walk down through the park to get to the front entrance – about 10 mins walk (or 20 with children!). There is also a small children’s park located just a few minutes’ walk from the house which our children very much enjoyed. While we were there Dolors was really helpful with any questions ie where to go in the evenings nearby. Dolors responded incredibly quickly every time. After returning home I realised I had left something at the property and Dolors has arranged to send this home to me which is very kind. The helpfulness and quick responses from Dolors are superior to other properties I have rented 😀�

Super logement spacieux pour 15, avec plusieurs niveaux qui permet d'avoir une intimité. Proche du métro à 5 minutes pour aller partout, les super marché à 3minutes, le parking gardé à 5 minutes. Tous réuni pour un agréable séjour entre amis. Quartier très calme: que du bonheur. Super proprio qui prend de nos nouvelles pendant notre séjour. Merci Dolors

Grande maison agréable pour 15 personnes, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est bien équipée. La terrasse et les balcons sont très agréables le matin même en hiver ! La propriétaire était à l’écoute et présente pour répondre aux attentes. Merci pour tout.

La casa limpia, cómoda y muy bien ubicada. La anfitriona Dolors se portó muy bien con nosotros, nos ayudó en todo!

Maison vers le parc Guell très agréable et grande . Le jardin est très appréciable. Bien que située sur les hauteurs la ligne de métro qui dessert la maison est une ligne qui distribue les sites à visiter et nous amène directement aux Ramblas "poumon de la ville". La propriétaire fait tout ce qu'elle peut pour nous être agréable. Nous étions 12 et avons passé un agréable séjour.

A perfect place to stay at, even for larger groups (we were 10). Everything you can ask for is there and if you miss something you can get it in 10 minutes. Dolors was super friendly and helped us to have a nice time. We all can recommend this house!!!

Dolors was very helpful both before and after we arrived. The house was spacious and tidy, though the floors could have used a scrubbing. Our family of 10 had plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved playing in the yard, which had a lovely lemon tree. Parents of young kids will need to keep an eye on them, as there are open pipes in the yard. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and up-to-date appliances. There's no phone in the house. With 3 floors of living space, there are lots of stairs and no hand rails, so be advised if you have trouble with those. The water heater on the top floor is quite loud but bearable if you keep your bedroom door closed. The neighborhood is very safe and pleasant but it's quite a walk to get to public transportation. There's a small convenience store a few doors down, which was extremely convenient. A small grocery is about a 10 minute walk away.

Nous sommes 15 français, nous avons loué cette maison pendant 4 jours aux alentours du nouvel an. La propriétaire est très sympa et a tout fait pour nous arranger. La maison est entièrement rénovée. Tout est neuf. Deux des salles de bain sont très spacieuses. Les chambres avec balcons sont agréables. Il y a de grands halls. La cuisine séparée est parfaite. Le petit jardin et sa terrasse sont au soleil dès le matin c'est très profitable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location. Nous la recommandons vivement.
