Had a great time here, house is very well equipped and presented, had no problems at all. Close to plenty of things for the whole family to do. Would stay again.

Wonderful cottage and it was exactly as listed. Great for our little family as close to the beaches and the town - we didn’t need to use the car while there as everything was within walking distance. The cottage was fantastic with everything that you could want for a family holiday base. Thank you for a great stay and we would defiantly book to stay again.

my daughter and I travelled from Lincoln to Scarborough. The cottage was beautifully decorated enough space for us and two dogs. We were in the middle of two fabulous beaches and a 10 minute walk to town centre. Cottage had everything we needed, the owner responded immediately to any queries. We were given a parking permit for the length of our stay. Just one point comfy outdoor seating would have been an added bonus. Would certainly return, great trip.

An ideal location for Scarborough and Yorkshire coast adventures. Groceries, restaurants all nearby, including the excellent Scarborough Arms pub. Property exactly as described.

Spent 3 lovely nights here. Really comfortable well equipped and clean, within easy walking distance to all the attractions of Scarborough. Striking distance of many other tourist destinations. Spent one day in Whitby. Onstreet parking with passes provided. Plenty if local pubs and restaurants if you don't feel like cooking . Highly recommended, would definitely book again, thank you.

Traditional cottage with marvellous sea views, modernised to a high standard. A short walk into the town or the beaches and local spots: the castle, St Mary's Church. Very conveniently situated to access Scarborough's attractions, both North and South bays. Hosted by Andrea who was so attentive and replied quickly. Fabulous!

Not much bad to say about the stay. We would say the place is well placed for all local amenities and the beach and near main routes to other areas. The house was spacious and a little quirky due to a slight lean to the property toward the back. Parking was ok but you may have to search for a space during the weekends and evenings but we always had parking on the house road. The seafront has many different eateries and pubs and there are local one-stop shops. Andrea was quick to sort a parking issue for us so communication was perfect. All in all a great stay.

A really nice cottage, not to far from the front. In a quiet area. It had everything you needed. A great place a getaway and is also pet friendly.

Just had a week at Seaview cottage was fantastic, really good location for all attractions, house very clean had everything we needed. Andrea was on hand if we needed anything a great stay would definitely stay again when we are next in the Scarborough area.

Enjoyed the cottage which was spacious and airy although two older members ((70s and 80s) found the stairs hard work. But it was an old fisherman’s cottage so not surprising.

Loved the location of this property, a short walk to both beaches, Market Place 2 streets away. Place was very clean. No issues whatsoever.

Lovely cottage in a great location and access to north and south beach within 5/10 mins walk. High up in the old town so a steep walk back up the streets or paths to keep you fit …. Amazing views from the top bedroom. Parking is on the street with a pass so a bit hit and miss where you can park …. And very old streets so not much room to manoeuvre if you have a big car. Once parked though you don’t need tk drive anywhere tk get around Scarborough as you are bang in the centre but far enough away from any noise …. The cottage is lovely and quiet. We had a lovely stay.

We really loved our stay here in Scarborough. Everything in the house was perfect, with lovely rooms and a sea view from one side of the property. A perfect location 5-10 minute walk down to the beach front and easy permit parking. We will hopefully return again soon.

I really wish I'd booked this cottage for a few days longer - it's so cosy, homely and full of character. The living room is comfortable with lots of charming touches; both bedrooms are spacious with lovely furniture and bedding, and I was blown away by the size of the bathroom. The back yard is nice and secluded; ideal for enjoying a coffee in the morning before setting out for the day, or dining al fresco in the evening. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to come back!

A lovely charming cottage in a great central location. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Stairs a bit steep for older guest with a bad back but everything else more than made up for it. Would definitely book again if we were going to Scarborough. Great communication from Andrea - thanks for a great break!

This house is in an elevated position with wonderful views over the bay, unfortunately I’d forgotten that Scarborough was so hilly, but the location of this cottage is perfect. 5mins to the Castle, 5mins to the north bay side and a 10min walk to the south beach. Easy access to all the amenities and in such a quiet area. The cottage itself is lovely, nice and clean and well equipped for a family holiday. It has comfy beds, lovely sofas and very tasteful decoration. The parking outside was easy and we didn’t have any trouble getting a space. ** sorry in advance ** My only issue was that I would have loved some bigger mugs for my morning tea (but that is a personal preference) and I wouldn’t recommend this cottage if you struggle with stairs. We would happily book again if visiting Scarborough. Thank you Andrea, Sea View Cottage is fantastic.

Perfect location for walks along the South Bay & the North Bay, just minutes from both. Sea View Cottage is clean, has what you need & is very comfortable. It’s full of character & charm. Definitely recommended.

A lovely property - very clean, charming and homely. Andrea is a great host and very helpful. Would gladly stay again. Only difficulty is if you are elderly and not able-bodied - the stairs are very steep as are the streets nearby! And permit parking is a bit of a lottery depending on whether there is a space nearby.

Lovely cosy cottage, which had a real homely feel to it. It's location is great for all of Scarborough's attractions. .The host was excellent and we enjoyed our stay very much. When we come back to Scarborough, we will definitely stay there again
