The condo was very well equipped and spacious enough for 5 people. The floors were still sandy when we got there (but it is the beach). The beds were not the most comfortable but we did have a great time. Cooked most of our meals in the condo with no problem.

Condo 2316 was awesome nice view 1 minute walk to beach, pool, easy parking, easy check-in and check out Kevin the security guard was so kind A cool Coffee shop was across the street And a small place to eat Close to everything on the sea wall There were 6 of us and it was perfect Go enjoy 😊

The host is super responsive even before your stay. They made it easy by giving vehicle information prior to arrival to obtain parking pass. Unit was clean and had TWO coffee pots, one pod and one regular. A/C worked great. View is 10/10. Ease of direct beach access and storage room with chairs and toys out this place well over the top

First time to Galveston, and this place was perfect. Our family of 7 (My husband and I, 3 kids and 2 grandparents) had a blast. We would absolutely stay here again. Price was great. The beach is literally right there - no crossing a street. The pools were heated and my boys' favorite part. We loved the fact they had a storage closet on property with chairs, beach toys, etc. that we could borrow for the beach. Grounds were kept immaculate and so pretty. To get to the majority of attractions and top rated eateries, you will have to drive though. The actual unit was great. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. The view was so pretty to watch the waves. The only complaint is there needs to be blackout curtains in the bedroom. The lights from the outside shine in like noon sunshine even with the blinds closed. The unit itself had books and games, which our littlest loved. A vacation library right in her room. TVs were good. The security guard was a bit over the top at the pool - wouldnt let the kids throw a ball in the water, even though there wasn't anyone else in the pool to disturb. I'd rather have that though then a free for all and chaos. So carry on dude. Compared to other VRBO rentals I've stayed at, this one didn't have hardly anything in the kitchen - paper plates or cups. But it was fully stocked with actual flatware and dishes. Not knocking it for this, just something we noticed. We loved it here. It was a great "home base" for our family vacation.

We enjoyed the clean well stocked condo- we would definitely stay again. We didn't love the parking situation - but that's not the owners fault - be ready for Barney Fife...

The condo was great and had all the amenities listed. The beds were comfortable. Great location and easy walk down to the beach and pool.

The location was excellent, right on the beach with no busy toads to cross. There was plenty of room for 2 couples, each with bedroom and bath. Check in was easy. Host was very responsive and worked with us on a later checkout, due to a flight change. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Spectacular sunrises from the deck. Clean. Comfy beds. States sleeps 6, that would be a bit tight. Main living area a bit small. Could use black out curtains in master bedroom as outside light comes in. Bathtub in master bathroom doesn’t drain well. Nice pool area with easy access to the beach!

This is a great property with amazing beach access and a heated pool/hot tub. My only comment for the unit that we stayed in is that the beds/bedding need to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. The furniture pads on the patio and in the living room are stained and need to be replaced as well. Just needs a little fluffing to make it more homey! The view and the location can’t be beat!

Enjoyed being so close to beach. Glad there were only 3 of us though. Even though condo could sleep 8 , balcony, living area, and space to sit in kitchen can only accommodate 4, and that would be crowded. I can’t imagine 8 people there. My only other concern was the number in the hot tub. At one time I counted 18. Many were children. We appreciated the beach chairs and covered parking. Felt very safe. Certainly lots of young families.

This condo was clean and had all little things you need for a stay. It had an ocean view and was right on the beach. Very easy access. The directions and codes were very easy to understand. The gate man was very nice. There were chairs for your beach use. The hot tub was Hot and the pool heated a bit. We had trouble with the TV, contacted Jessica and the problem was solved. We would recommend this place to anyone.

The property was beautifully located, in a gated area where there is always a guard on duty. Access to the beach was easy and close. The owner was incredibly responsive when we had a small issue (unable to find cleaning supplies). We would definitely stay here again!

Some of the dishes were dirty. one outlet in our bedroom did not work. Overall, the place was great.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at the Seascape very much. It was our first time in Galveston and the location was perfect. Right on the beach... out of the way a bit... but still close enough to all of the fun. Loved it! The host was fantastic to communicate with, and the unit offered many additional comforts that weren't expected.

This unit perfectly accommodated our group of 4 adults and one child while we enjoyed exploring Galveston. It’s right on the beach, which appears to be unique in Galveston (most places are across the road from the beach). The property was easy to access, well maintained and well stocked. The pool and hot tub areas were in great shape and never too busy. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time at Seascape. Some roofing was being done while we were there so it made parking a little hard. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay!

Just need to get the drain fixed in the ensuite bath....never could get it to drain properly. Other than that it was a great stay.

I thought the location was perfect right on the beach. Everything was easy access to the beach enjoyed my walks on the beach also spent some time by the pool.The condo had everything we needed.My favorite thing was the view of the sunrise in the morning

This was a nice well-maintained property. Outdoor beach view, walks, sitting areas & pool were perfect for these older couples. Great location & parking. Cute, clean condo with king beds. Missed our comfortable seating but we were out sightseeing & eating most of the time.

Very nice condo with great views of water and beach. The furniture, beds, and kitchen appliances/amenities were in awesome condition. We were very pleased with our accommodations. Easy access to beach and water with a private & secure gate. Very friendly guard at security entrance plus multiple property caretakers working everyday. Pool and hot tub were very nice and in good working order. Plenty of lounge chairs and shade umbrellas. Only negative was that there are lots of pool rules. We could not use our float tubes….but otherwise, no real complaints with our outdoor experiences. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing and quiet condo within walking distance of the Galveston Beach!

We had the perfect quick beach trip in Galveston. This was the best location since we didn't have to travel across a busy road to get to the beach. The condo was very spacious and inviting. Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy!

My family and I took a long weekend and stayed at Seascapes for the first time. We were not disappointed. We all had a great time and plan on returning next year.
