Great location and lovely staff

Great location, 15 min walk from Waverley Station/centre. Modern, clean, comfortable room with good facilities. Even lower ground room had big windows with daylight. Parking is extortionate on nearby streets ( over £6/hr) so £20/day for parking in their private car park till checkout is good value. Only space for about 6 cars tho, so you can't be guaranteed a space.

Minor points: Dreadful signposting around hotel - corridors from parking have no signs to reception, which is on another floor, and the place is a maze. Also, there is a free fresh milk machine at reception ( no milk in the fridge in room) but staff don't tell you about it when you arrive, so if you want a cuppa, ask them about milk or you'll have to trudge all the way back to reception.

It was close to almost everything! The kitchen was great, the washing facility too. I had almost everything I needed.

It wasn’t really clear when my room was getting cleaned and when they did the didn’t empty the trash bins. I’m quite anxious so it’s not easy for me to ask for things, I would have preferred if some things were written out clearly. Like, what to do when the test fire alarm goes off, and whether or not I could ask for things like washing detergent or dishwasher’s soap. There also wasn’t a toilet brush, which was inconvenient. They might have provided one if I had asked, but I don’t know.

Los apartamentos están suficientemente equipados. Nosotros alquilamos 2 apartamentos-estudio para 2 personas cada uno. Las instalaciones se ver renovadas y en buen estado. Disponen de conector USB en los enchufes para cargar los móviles sin necesidad de adaptador. Dispone de gimnasio. Tiene una buena ubicación. Puedes ir andando a todos los sitios. Hay varios supermercados y restaurantes relativamente cerca. El autobús al aeropuerto tiene parada en Princes st (10 minutos andando). Llegar a la ciudad vieja no son más de 15-20 minutos.

Las habitaciones no las limpian, al menos durante nuestra estancia de 4 noches. Tampoco nos cambiaron las toallas. Creo que por el precio que paga, deberían de cuidar algo más estos aspectos.

This is a well run, clean and functional establishment. It is well situated and has good restaurants nearby. It has every facility a serviced apartment needs. The staff is amazing. Even if you are on your own, the area feels safe.

I have no complaints.

not much… the desk height is too high for the chair/seats so it’s tricky to work properly. High ceilings in room make space echo…. just needs a simple acoustic addition.

location was great and quiet at night. the staff were welcoming and very friendly. our room was clean and had the needed amenities for our stay.

We liked the rooms, which are like small suites, with a bedroom and a sitting area with a desk and a sofa. There was also a tiny kitchen and even a washer/dryer. So, although the rooms were small, they were very well equipped!

We decided to wash some clothes since we had a washer, but there was no soap. If they are going to provide a washer for hotel guests, there really should be one or two small packages of soap available. Second, the dryer did not work. We had to have dry clothes because we were leaving the next day. On the positive side, two staff members came to help immediately and they took our clothes to an empty room to dry.

The staff were amazing… nothing too much trouble, friendly, and always had a smile on their face, the room was perfect, the location is great, the facilities within the room are maybe best I’ve ever had…. 10/10 and will definitely be returning.

I couldn’t fault anything, and it’s the first time I’ve reviewed with not one fault.

The flexibility of an apartment style.

I personally didn't like the capsule coffee machine or the fact that milk wasn't provided in the rooms but had to be obtained from another room on the top floor. We were on the ground floor.

The room was nice and spacious and the free breakfast bag was a nice touch

The mould in the bathroom, no cleaner came in once throughout our stay and the road next to us was so noisy also even with the heated air on it was so cold at night

Great location, near to town, but quiet. The rooms were clean, bright and airy and well kitted out and the staff couldn't be better and helpful . There was a great chill out lounge in reception where you could relax and enjoy some sustenance.

Nothing to complain about, all good.

breakfast in a bag a little disappointing and I feel that the hotel could do with a more functional restaurant but it wasn’t all bad as we went out for breakfast most days anyway.

Staff went above and beyond to be welcoming, polite, helpful and professional.

Not an issue that ruined our stay but the heating/aircon vent in our room has stages of making loud noises/banging loudly around 11/12 every night for around 5 minutes.
