This unit was advertised as capable to accommodate six people but in reallity was only capable of five. The two bedrooms were downstairs in the walkout basement. One bedroom had a king foam mattress which was totally uncomfortable with little to no support. The other bedroom had two single beds with cheap mattresses which were very uncomfortable. On the main floor was a an L shaped couch which was supposed to sleep two but could only accomodate one person. So we had to put the kids there, however they were unable to get flights and never arrived. We had absolutely no communication with anyone regarding the unit, the office did not help at all. The parking lot did not have assigned parking & it was first come, first served with not enough stalls for the entire complex. The instructions to get to the parking lot were incorrect which led you to the neighbouring complex. They didn't mention that our unit was in building 6 out of the 8 buildings in the complex, very frustrating. The only good thing about the complex was the pool, even though it lacked a hot tub. The location of this complex was also pretty good and close to the public Poipu Beach with views of the beach from the pool. We would not recommend this unit to anyone, Rating is a 6 out of 10 as this unit was way overpriced.

Beautiful location, wonderful sights, close to the best things, wish it had air conditioning. We knew that going in. We kept fans going and it was pleasant

House wasn’t clean, stains on bed sheets had to call house keeping to change sheets, after that I don’t feel like the house wasn’t clean from previous, house is hot need AC my kids couldn’t sleep complaining that’s hot.

Everything was phenomenal! Amenities and the condo were clean, comfortable, cozy and welcoming! We’ll be back for sure. Mahalo!

I can unreservedly recommend this location. Clean, bright, comfortable, with all the amenities from home. Five minute walk to the beach and other entertainment, short drive into Koloa for groceries and other shops. This is a great place to stay for families and couples as well as whole groups of friends.

Location was very good. The condo’s kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and dishes. The total experience was pleasant!

We loved our stay here. The VRBO was incredibly clean and had everything we needed for a fun stay in Kauai. Towels and beach supplies were provided and we took advantage:) Very clean. A short walk from the ocean. The pool shared by the villas was very nice and was directly across from the ocean, we saw dolphins swimming while swimming at the pool ;) Even though there was no AC, we were never too hot and slept very comfortably. We will be back, and plan on coming back to this property:) it was perfect.

Enjoyed the Shearton Luau, ATV excursion at Kipur Ranch, and tubing in the irrigation ditches with 5 caves. The trip to Waimea Canyon was beautiful, as well as, Hanalea Bay and all the little towns we visited. A wonderful place to "chill". Kauai Coffee Plantation was great and their ice cream was delicious. Will definitely go again and stay in the same unit!

Just be prepared for no AC, but the fans are plentiful and do cool the space sufficiently. Also, the mattresses are quite soft (memory foam topper) but comfortable. As others mentioned, it is a short walk up the hill from the parking lot and a staircase to the front door. The same path all the way down through the property leads to the 2 beautiful beaches and unforgettable sunsets. We had a great time!

There was no bathtub in the unit and the hot tub by the pool is actually not heated and considered a kid pool. It unfortunately rained the 3 days we spent in Poipu but the condo was so nice, we didn't mind staying inside. The condo was immaculate and fully stocked with 2 pack-n-plays that could accommodate a much larger group! There were great restaurants a short drive away. We had a blast despite the weather!

Just a short jaunt to the state park where you can lay out, play in the water and view the sea turtles basking on the beach! And if you don't feel like walking, you can lay by the pool which has a wonderful ocean view to admire during your leisure. Please keep in mind that this condo is a slight uphill walk to the condo, and the condo has steps to get up to the front door, so it probably not feasible for the disabled. However, we were able to borrow a collapsible wagon which made it easy to transfer items from the car/parking lot to the condo. Minutes to local shopping centers, Spouting Horn, botanical gardens, and old Koloa. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo!
