We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was updated with a nice beachy color scheme and comfortable furniture. The beds were also super comfy with nice bed linens. The only downside is that you can’t see water from the porches, but since you are literally 50 steps or less from sand and vistas, it really doesn’t matter!

This condo has it all. Hotel-like accommodations with great decorations, new appliances and kitchenware with a prime beach location. Loved it and would book again!

Property was as advertised. Check in was a breeze. Vacation staff was responsive, internet modem power was disconnected during cleaning I presume and was figured out and resolved quickly. On the bay with easy access to the gulf. Loved our unit.

This place was nice and well stocked! Only downside was no view. But overall it was a grat place.

This is the second time we have stayed in the Boardwalk Condominiums. The location is amazing and we love the trolley. We had a very seamless experience when checking into the condo! Everything was ready to go on time, it was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We had an amazing time in Pensacola and can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful location, with its own private sand beach and 5 mins walking distance to the main beach area. Home was equipped with all necessities, cleanly maintained. I would recommend totally recommend this home.

The property was well kept and communication with the manager was prompt. My only recommendation would be for them to add some Tupperware’s for extra food storage. Everything was great!!!

We had a great stay at this condo. There was plenty of room for my little family. The beach access was super close for us and we were right across the street from the Gulf.

Came to visit my daughter at US Naval Station. Picked her up and brought her back with us to Pensacola Beach. We had a cozy wonderful time. Will definitely stay here again.

The location is fantastic - near sound, pool, and gulf. Restaurant and convenience store within walking distance. Bed was comfortable and condo was quiet when I was inside sleeping.

This condo was great. It is located on the sound and we really enjoyed swimming in the sound and the pool (and the beach across the street, of course). There's a very convenient parking lot right across the street which makes hauling chairs back and forth a lot easier. The condo is three stories - I didn't realize that until we got there. The entry is on the 1st level, 2nd level is the living room and kitchen and a half bath, 3rd level is two bedrooms. Beach chairs and a boogie board were an unexpected plus!

-wristbands for pool area were no where to be found in the unit -the master bath bedding does not fit the bed and is too thin. A comforter would have been nice -more blankets are needed in the unit OVERALL - good unit. AC was great, plenty towels, good water temps, nice kitchen utensils

Great location, pool was great for our 4 year old, easy walk to beach, condo was super cute and fun......the couches and living room rug had food on them upon our arrival, we cleaned up and sanitized with our own stuff, don’t know if I would have noticed it as much if wasn’t as Covid conscious. I did not tell the management what we found. The rug is a very very long shag rug probably hard to keep clean. Other than that it was a great trip for our little family.

We enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for our family summer vacation! The condo was very nice and roomy for us! The location was great!

The location was super convenient to the beach and bay. We were able to drive our car less than a minute to park by the beach and unload our heavy stuff and then walk back and forth to the condo throughout the day as needed. This was a perfect setup for our family of 4!

My twins and I just had the best time staying here. It was just what we needed during this chaotic time.

My family of 6 spent 5 days here and I was impressed with all of the amenities, very professional and very clean! Right across the road from the ocean.

This place was awesome! The house was so comfortable and had everything you could need. My girls loved the books and dvds they had. We all enjoyed how close it was to the sound, the gulf, and the pool. Perfect! Will book again!

We were headed in for a short weekend and wanted something close to water to cool off after long days at the fields. The listing was accurate and unit was perfect. Clean, very nice, and steps from bay beach. We never saw the gulf; the bay was less crowded and perfect with next door proximity to pool. great stay; will be back.

Great location, total renovated inside, but outside had major construction going on, a big mess. I heard saws, hammering and a lot of noise all day long. I did receive some credit as VRBO was not aware of the major construction going on, but it was way less than half. The balconies were very poor, wood popping up, not safe footing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. All the amenities as advertised and next door to the beach. We would rent this property again.

Fun memories

We enjoyed the area and thought the condo was well stocked with everything we needed, however we had maintenance issues. Doors wouldn’t fully close, a closet door fell off the hinges, walls were falling apart and the ceiling appeared to be rotting in an area. Some of the dishes also seemed dirty.
