Where do I start. worst stay EVER in years of Air B&B, Hotels, Housesitters as we travel a lot. 1. On meeting us we were given personal details that the complex manager had a huge Indian wake going on at home, house full of people. We had booked last minute as the hotel we were in couldn’t extend and my arthritis and back injury meant I could not drive back to the North East. We felt like we were an inconvenience to her. We had a VERY rushed show through. 2. The pillows are DISGUSTING. Every one is yellow and covered in sweat stains. Even spare ones the same way. They are bin ready, unhygienic and it’s not expensive to buy new pillows and invest in good pillow protectors. The pillows were also thin and very flat. Thank God I had my own pillow with me! The duvet I didn’t dare look at but it’s so thin I was very cold. 3. The place was filthy. Huge cobwebs in corners everywhere. Big ones that were not just formed overnight. The toilet roll holder was so disgusting. It had sticky residue, hairs stuck to it, cobwebs and dust. I didn’t spot it sadly until close to leaving but felt sick I’d had toilet rolls on that. The shower rose was absolutely beyond belief filthy. Ir had not been cleaned for months. It was black and meant to be cream! Build up of limescale, black gunk, hairs. I ended up soaking it in the bath in hot water and using cleaning product and elbow grease got it fully clean. a new shower head and cord is needed really. Nothing “luxury” here. Then the bath taps. OMG. As I’m running the cold water I see stringy black stuff hanging out. I pulled out mouldy hairs and lumps of mould. I ended up using the shower head aimed up both bath taps and the mould and black gunk just kept coming. I could not use the bath or shower for the week. I felt sick by it. There was no hand soap, liquid hand soap or hand sanitiser in the bathroom. I ended up using my own body wash as liquid soap. Covid protected? NOT.

Good location for west Derby & access to A38/A50

It was ok, but the superlatives "grand" and "deluxe" are over-stating it
