Beautiful views! Short walk to beaches- even for the little ones. Beaches were beautiful. The house was perfect for our family with different areas for each family. It had everything we needed plus more -like beach toys, life jackets, pool toys. Our four year old spent more time in the pool than anywhere. We had the best time and hope to return here soon!

Very well appointed and smelled so wonderfully clean when we arrived. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals for our group of 9. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Comfortable beds. Proximity to all the things we needed. Our group had a great time.

A group of friends and myself had the best stay at Craig’s property. The house was specious and comfortable and stocked with everything you’d need. The beaches were easily walkable and accessible and SO beautiful. The team was prompt with responses when I had questions or needed anything. This house is 5 stars. Kitchen was very well stocked. Lots of equipment for the beach for our family! Some issues with the outdoor BBQ that we were relying on for dinners. Short walk to Poipu Beach! Great location! Lots of space well suited to the needs of our family!

Nice home with plenty of space for a large group. While the home furniture needs some updating, there was new patio furniture added outdoors around the pool with abundance of pool toys. Kitchen supplies nicely stocked, always a plus. Recommend replacing some pillows.

We had an amazing stay at this Kauai house rental! The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything we needed to cook most meals at home. The house also provided an array of pool toys, adding extra fun for the kids. With 5 kids between 2 families, there was plenty of space, and we loved the open concept layout of the main level with stunning Mountain Views. The wrap-around deck was a perfect spot for morning coffee. The beach gear, including wagons and chairs, made our trips to the beach a breeze. The property manager was incredibly accommodating to special requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. Mahalo for the thoughtful touches and a memorable vacation!

5 adults and one toddler felt so at home in this beautiful and spacious home. We had more room than needed as one bedroom of the downstairs bedrooms was not even used. The neighborhood is lovely and located near some fantastic beaches, Shipwreck and Poipu. The Mountain View was amazing and the house was equipped with everything you might need, from the kitchen to the beach supplies. Craig was very responsible and I would love to stay here again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Plumeria House. In the time up to our stay Craig was very responsive to any questions. We had some issues with the lights/fans while there and again Craig was quick to respond and sent the property manager over. The home contains pretty much everything you need and then some. It had 2 wagons, 3 umbrellas, many beach chairs, many beach toys, snorkel gear, boogie boards and inflatable tubes for the pool. There was a good amount of toddler gear (dishes, stool, playpen, potty, high chair) but it could use some more plastic bowls and children cutlery. We loved having the pool right there, though it was still a touch chilly. The depth was perfect at about 5 feet, deep enough for kid cannon balls but shallow enough adults can stand. Location is great, quick access to main road, quiet, private, walking distance to beaches and a lovely view! Lots of space and the A/C in each room plus fans was great. There are some items that need maintenance such as some lights/fans not working, kitchen sink needing resealing, some window coverings not working and some rotten deck boards. I was pleasantly surprised to see that some furniture is different than the pictures. The table outside by the pool is much bigger and there is an additional couch in the living room which was very useful for our party of 6 adults and 4 kids. There is also an outdoor shower and backyard which was great for the kids to run around. Overall happy with our stay!

This was our second stay here and was just a great this time. Craig is very responsive when you have any questions or concerns. House is well equipped with beach gear. Great walking paths to beach. Hope to be back next year

We loved staying in this home with our entire family. There are two main suites with attached baths on the upper level. The downstairs 3 bedrooms all share a bathroom. There are SO MANY beach supplies provided! Two wagons, chairs, umbrellas, masks and snorkels, sand toys, you name it. Couldn’t have asked for a better home or host. Thank you!

We took the whole family to Hawaii . There were 15 of us ! This house was perfect ! We had enough room and the short walk to the beach was perfect ! Response time when we had questions was short and we really enjoyed all the little extras they offered . The beach chairs , sand toys , game room …..Would love to stay here again if we go back !

5 adults and 2 kids ages 7 and 11. View of the mountains is amazing! Well equipped with everything we needed (except coffee filters). Even had a selection of beer in the fridge! The guest house bedroom had a musty odor but we got used to it. Had a wonderful time! Would recommend this property.

House is well equipped for cooking as well as for beach time. Property Manager was responsive to our questions prior to our arrival. We had no reason to contact him during our stay. As noted by others who have recently stayed in Plumeria House, some furnishings are dated. A seat cushion from the primary living room couch was threadbare and some of the bamboo roll up shades were frayed at bottoms with a couple of pull chords torn/gone. I realize that window treatments are expensive to replace and that the price to rent may have been higher if perfect.

We enjoyed it very much and wished we could have stayed longer…it felt like home.

This home is amazing and the views are absolutely gorgeous! The location is ideal with nearby beaches running together offering reef protected areas for the kids to swim in the calm water, and snorkel, while another beach provides waves to body board . The beaches are joined together by grassy areas with covered picnic areas, and lifeguards are on duty. As for the home itself, it provided plenty of space for our family to hang out, and also space for privacy when desired. Upstairs boasted the breathtaking panoramic views of the hillsides, trees, beautiful sunrises to the right, peeks of the ocean, and a wrap around lanai to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee. It hosts the living, dining area, kitchen, half bath, laundry, huge main suite , deck with a small pool, and detached guest room containing another main suite. Downstairs included 2 bedrooms , a shared bath, and a converted garage. There was an abundance of towels for both showering and beach going. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, flatware, cookware, and pans, in addition to any small appliances you may need. Extra blankets and pillows were in every closet , and shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every shower. The garage converted to a tv/game room was an added bonus, and housed ice chests, sand toys, boogie boards, snorkeling masks, fins, beach umbrellas, and wagons to cart it all down the walking path to the nearby beach. A washer, dryer and laundry supplies were much appreciated too.

This house was so beautiful & had everything we needed & some, nothing spared. Beautiful sunrise every morning. Close to beach, snorkeling & eating.

We really enjoyed our week long stay at the Plumeria house. The outside pool area was the grandsons favorite place to be. We enjoyed the close location to be able to walk to the beach to see sunsets and sunrises. Craig was very responsive to our questions regarding our visit as well.

My family of seven adults stayed at Plumeria House. It is a fantastic home in a good neighborhood and is an easy 10 to 12 minute walk to a great beach! Home is exactly as depicted. A/C worked great. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen and living area is spacious. The man cave was nice. The house has plenty of beach gear in terms of chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and snorkel gear. View of the mountain is very nice. Area is quiet. Craig answered any question I had in a timely fashion. I will definitely stay in this place when I visit Kauai in the future.

We had a lovely stay at the Plumeria House. The location was perfect- just a 10 minute walk to the beach. We loved the tropical view from the house. The house was definitely well-supplied, and big enough for a large family. We would absolutely stay there again.

The property was beautiful and in an ideal location for easy walking access to the beach. It included plenty beach chairs, umbrellas and some carts to carry all your stuff to the beach! There were a few places to eat that were also within walking distance. The two shopping centers were a short 5 to 7 minute drive. All in all a beautiful home to rent, worth the price.

We had a great stay at the Plumeria House. Great layout even though it was hard to tell based on pictures, but the layout made staying with two families a breeze, each of us having our own separate primary bedrooms and kids having separate rooms. The pool was great, only second to the close proximity to the beach. The house was loaded with beach toys and towels and the kitchen had everything we could have needed. Perfection!

We loved our stay at Plumeria House!!! Our family included my son who is 3.5 years old, all the way up to my father-in-law who is 85 years old and it was perfect for everyone!!! I was so impressed with the setup at the house including kitchenware (plates / cups / pots / pans), the selection of condiments, the children items (plates / utensils / books), pool toys, recycle bins, linens (lots on hand so could easily do a wash and still have some). The pool was clean (and was even cleaned once during our stay), the outdoor shower was great to clean off after the beach. Craig was also super quick to respond to inquiries! I cannot say enough about our wonderful stay! It was perfect! Thank you so much Craig!
