We vrbo three times a year and this one did not disappoint. Amazing location and accommodations. Hot tub was amazing along with bikes and designated parking spot. Easy access to beach or to the restaurants for dinner. We never book a house twice but my kids are begging to do this house again. You will not be disappointed. 5 STARS!!!

This was a great fit for us (3 adults, plus 3 kids ages 1-6). The place was really lovely and really well fitted out with games and toys the kids loved and lots of baby supplies that saved me a ton of space packing. The location is really wonderful with a trolley stop literally right outside the door. I agree with my 6 year old, when he said "This is nice. We should stay here more."

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It has excellent amenities and it’s a wonderful location just south of the main drag in San Clemente and a very short walk down to the San Clemente beach and pier area. The kitchen is extremely well stocked probably the best kitchen in a rental that I’ve ever been in in terms of quality dishes and cookware. The living room is very nice. The bathroom is nice the beds are nice. The ceiling fans are very powerful keeping you cool. I love how they provide you with some free drinks and they have tons of things to take down to the beach. The hot tub was great. There was something wrong with the gas fireplace outside, but we didn’t let them know about it until the day we were leaving because it wasn’t that big of a deal to us. The only other comments I would say in terms of things that could be improved would be the outdoor table needs replaced from water damage. Washer and dryer on the deck but work great. Overall great place. Very attentive hosts for issues. Also great early check in time. 2pm.

This was our second stay and just like the first one absolutely amazing!

I brought my 2 kids who are 13 and 10 years old to this rental and area. We loved the location and the accommodations were awesome. We were able to surf at t street. The proximity to t street is best by car but parking was easy and sunset was amazing. Your in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and you can walk to pier to get your morning coffee. Super great area to visit and I would def come back!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This was so much more than my expectations. Everything was so nice and clean and beautiful. And the amenities!! You will not want for anything. The bikes and the chairs and the towels and the beach toys for young and old were wonderful. And the games were perfect and I had so much fun playing with my grandkids. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of appliances and dishes and cooking supplies. And the view.. You could see the ocean and it was wonderful! The location was unbelievable. So close to shops and restaurants and go the other way to the beach. I did not manage to use the trolley but the stop is right in front of the house. If you don't want to walk or drive down to the beach, the trolley is a great alternative. The hosts were very attentive and I appreciated the emails with information for that part of the trip. Saved alot of time not having to search for information. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! You will not regret booking this!

The location, cleanliness, and quality of furnishings is exceptional. Loved sitting in the hot tub watching the sunset- divine. Do not hesitate to stay here :)

The location is perfect. 10 minute walk to the beach and downtown San Clemente. The unit, however, needs to be updated. The furniture was very old in the unit and on the porch. The biggest disappointment was the bathroom. It was very dated and gross.

Best location ever! Just steps to wonderful restaurants, bakeries, wine cafes, shops…and 5min walk to an amazing beach trail. Property mgmt thought of everything; fantastic internet, great tvs, comfy beds, updated beach vibe. Loved looking out on the little town from the large deck. A great place to just escape for R&R.

We spent the Christmas holiday in this lovely spot. The hot tub was warm and the windows open when we arrived and a Christmas tree to put our gifts around was a nice touch. The deck was a great space to relax with the hot tub and outdoor tv. The location was nestled between town and the beach with a park across the way for our dog. The host was very responsive - we hoped to extend as we were having such a great time but it was already booked for the next group. We definitely recommend and hope to return!

Perfect location so close to the ocean with a trolley stop right outside. We loved the deck with jacuzzi, fire bowl and plenty of comfortable seating. There were 3 of us and having 2 queen beds in one room plus the king in the other meant that everybody had their own bed - not to mention a very comfy bed! Best of all were the amazing hosts - so responsive and helpful - they went the extra mile to make us comfortable - even put up a Christmas tree for us! Can't recommend them highly enough.

You won't be able to find a better location if you desire to stay in San Clemente. You can walk to the beach, you can walk to any meal of the day, including drinks, and you are front and center of any shopping and the best of what San Clemente has to offer.

My wife and I had an amazing experience in San Clemente in this beautiful condo. The place was super clean and certainly located to many restaurants and pier. We are definitely looking forward to another stay with our 12yrs old boys!

The condo is very bright and airy, with ample beautiful balcony space. We were travelling with toddlers and there were lots of toys (both in unit and beach toys) for the kids. The management team was very responsive and helpful.

Amazing location! Vrbo and town Dog friendly ! The home is located in the best place possible, within walking distance of the beach, Pier and all amenities. Great views from the balcony. A wonderful place to unwind. Our family had. Amazing time!!

The property and lay out was very nice. Great location, nice extras like beach chairs and boogie boards. We we glad we were able to bring our dog. Extra large patio was relaxing after day at the beach.

I have stayed at this property on multiple occasions...I keep coming back! Great host, good communication. This is my favorite beach house.

We wanted to just get away for the night and picked this place and everything about it was perfect. The place was clean on arrival. The location was perfect just short walk to the pier and local restaurants. Cathy and Pete welcomed us with some cold drinks in the refrigerator and made everything very easy. Next time we're staying longer.

This place is the ideal location - walking distance to the pier. We truly enjoyed the condo unit. The place is stunning, immaculate, and COVID cleaned. Check-in process is smooth. Pete and Cathy are so attentive - no surprise this place get 5 stars!! I am never going to book at a hotel again whenever I am in San Clemente area. This will be my go-to spot. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. I wish I could give 10 stars! The only con is that I really wish I should have booked for the whole weekend.... Thanks, Pete and Cathy!

The property and Pete’s attentiveness were fantastic. The location is right in the heart of it all. Being dropped off by the trolley right at the doorstep is like having your own private transportation service. Highly recommended.

We had such a wonderful time staying here! We spent a week here with our two teen & tween boys. The condo is beautiful and very nicely furnished! The perfect location in San Clemente! The beach is only a few minute walk, but there are great views from the amazing balcony. We all loved the hot tub and fire pit in the evening. The condo is right next to a lot of great restaurants and shopping! Pete is an amazing and attentive host! Our boys had so much fun boogie boarding (Pete also provides boogie boards too)! We loved it and we will definitely be back!
