The house was in beautiful shape. It had all the comforts of home. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, a wonderful front porch and walkable to the ocean. A bit of a walk to downtown, but still doable, partially along a boardwalk. Four minute car ride to a state park just south of where we were that had beautiful trails along the bluff overlooking the ocean with its crashing waves. I hope we can come back and stay again soon!

The house was great! Clean, bright, nice amenities, and a great location for my birthday week celebration. Will definitely be back!

A perfect location a block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Well equipped, nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings and well equipped kitchen. My only negative comment would be the master bedroom mattress. It could really use an upgrade, but the rest of the house was so nice and we had such a pleasant stay that I feel bad mentioning it, but felt it should be pointed out. Dont let my comment keep you from staying here, it is such a pleasant place to stay! Staff at Breen were very pleasant too.

Breen Vacation Station made it so easy to access our keys for the house even after their office was closed upon our arrival. When we arrived at the house, the house was immaculate and full of all the great amenities that we needed for for our stay. The house was beautifully decorated, had comfortable furniture, had plenty of space for our family, and had all the things that we needed. The location was perfect on Moonstone Beach. It was great to be able to wake up each morning and be a few steps away from the beach. Would highly recommend this location. Our family had an amazing experience.

We have older teenagers, but one of the rooms is set up nicely for younger kids with bunk beds and stuffed animals, and my oldest teen was not too cool to snuggle with them! The house was so comfortable and even the neighbors that we saw were friendly. We will definitely try to stay here again!

3 old old girlfiends. Perfect size for us. Lovely communication each time with the management company. Warm, cozy. Great location. Watched the sunset each night. Nice amenities (blankets, towels etc) Only one thing, the blender was inadequate. Maybe too old? Enough kitchen equipment for us. Loved that there was a kitchen table, and a dining table. We can't wait to come back... Also loved the village. Had two great meals there and did some interesting shopping. Thank you.

Very clean with three comfortable bedrooms. There were four of us (older women) and we were very happy with this rental. Two clean bathrooms and very comfortable seating in the living room. Easy walk to the beach! We would stay here again.

This was a perfect place for us to stay. Two adults enjoyed the well equipped house. Great location with easy access to the beach. The house was spotless. We had a misunderstanding regarding the length of our stay. With the help of the property manager and the property owner, we were very happy with the outcome. Thank you to both. Short walk to the beach and partial ocean view from the porch. Quiet neighborhood with lovely landscape, lots of hummingbirds and even a deer walking through. Close to several dining choices. We would definitely stay again.

The house was clean, well decorated, well stocked with all that was needed, and comfortable. We loved the ocean view from the porch and living room! It was so convenient and fun to have a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We liked the home and setting so much that we plan to rent it again.

This was an incredibly comfortable rental that was centrally located. The ocean view is adequate, but not amazing. The short walk to the water made up for any lack of a view. The house is furnished well, and makes it very comfortable for any number of people. We really enjoyed our stay. The only slight negative was the check-in process...having to go to the main office was a bit of an inconvenience and the lack of an electronic door lock seemed antiquated, but it didn't take away from our stay. We really enjoyed the house! Give it a try!
