We enjoyed our stay, with a very good location, fairly quiet, and easy check in and out. The bathtub was very difficult to fill as it took more time and supervision using only the showerhead. It was reported to the very nice property manager who took the time to look at it, but the situation was not remedied in a week. We assume it needed major plumbing work but since we never heard back, this was only a guess. We would recommend renting.

This room was cozy and comfortable and we felt safe in the neighborhood.

We needed a small place to stay with a fridge and a few kitchen amenities while we were in Colorado for a concert at Red Rocks. This was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was clean and exactly as described. We had a slight hiccup with getting the entry but the owners were quick to respond and so kind. We had a blast and would recommend this to anyone looking for a small place for couples!

Everything was just ok. After a long day of traveling from another part of the state, we were tired. Arrived, just didn't feel "clean" and "homey". I know I could have asked for more towel, but didn't. We had 3 bath towels for 4 days. It's just the little thibgs.

Overall, excellent stay. Clean and secure. The communication with the property management during the stay left much to be desired. First call; no answer. Second call; number disconnected. Third time I was able to reach someone and had some resolution to the issue. However, there was no follow-up on the issue I was experiencing nor response to an email I sent the next day.

This rental was located in a very clean and quiet complex that was close to eateries grocery stores and my family that I came to visit who lived in Cherry Creek. The property was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend it for a couple looking for a nice place to stay in Colorado.

A great property for a quick weekend getaway. We had a lot of things planned to keep our day busy and simply needed a place to sleep at night, this was perfect! Small, cozy, clean, and great location.

The property was very quiet and offered some great amenities, like the pool and small kitchen. I would've liked additional towels throughout our stay, but overall, the condo was stocked with everything we needed.

The unit is a nice unit as a small hotel rm. it is clean but dated. It is not close to being a studio. There is no place to sit except on the bed,there is a well worn desk chair not comfortable. The microwave so high you can barely reach it, there are missed matched and odd and end dishes (not even service for two), there are no hangers in the closet. If you wanted to have breakfast there is no table and chairs to sit and eat. There is a small very nice refrigerator. This needs to be described as a small, quite like hotel room Not a Studio.

To say that I'm a picky person would be an understatement. I like things clean, and in order. I don't like headaches, hassles, or having to chase information down. Thankfully when it came to this trip those words were so far out of my mind that I have already started planning my return to this very unit. I highly recommend this for anyone that is traveling that wants something simple and most important CLEAN. The management company was completely professional and helped me through the whole process. I was notified of my check in details long before my stay and when I checked in everything worked the first time I tried it. The room was cozy and modern with amenities I'm adding to my own home soon (Shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the bathroom were a great touch) as well as being located in what I feel is the perfect spot. Close enough to Denver to get to everything in a short drive but far enough away to avoid some of the more major traffic. I feel that this trip and this experience made me want to go back to Denver for good. Thanks for helping me find my home. I'll be back.

The location was easy to find, as it is right off of a main road. The room was easy to enter since you have a personal access code, just make sure you remember which phone number you used for your reservation. The room itself was well maintained, though the bathroom was a little bit dated.
