Our stay was very nice. Six nights Oct. 2023. Home is clean, well stocked, has all we needed, and is in excellent condition. All appliances worked. Bed comfortable. Towels in good shape. Plenty of beach equipment in garage. Deck furniture in good shape. A very good beach home, and we have stayed in many. We will stay here again if it is available next time we come to Galveston.

We had a great stay here. Compared to other rentals I've stayed in it's clear there's some determined/deliberate care being paid to renters here: the unit is stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. And the beach location is perfect. It's very close first of all and even better it's right in the middle between public access in either direction - it's just the right location so crowds aren't on top of you. We stayed during a busy holiday weekend and still had wide open space while just a little bit down in either direction (closer to the public access) it was packed.

The property is exactly as described with direct access to the beach. The house was well equipped with all the proper amenities for a weeks vacation with my time wife and two young boys. This pet friendly home offered a comfortable stay for our furry family member as well! Owner provided great communication throughout our stay. Thank you very much, my family enjoyed every moment of our stay!

This was our second time staying in this particular house over the years. The house is great and the location can’t be beat!

My family and I had a great time at the beach home. We were able to get out on the beach everyday. My kids loved all the toys and chairs that were there. The house was nice but could definitely use some TLC. We also had a bit of an ant problem. The location of the house is great, and we really enjoyed the caged in area for our dog. We felt very secluded on the beach. We also had so much fun exploring area.

Prime beach-front location on a private beach was perfect for our short holiday stay. A little away from the hustle and bustle but not too far to a small grocery. House is well appointed and very comfortable. Perfect size for 2 small families. Wonderful trip, would love to stay again!

Lovely beach house with a perfect location—no power/telephone lines running across the view, no cars driving on the beach here—walk right out onto the beach and enjoy! All the amenities in the house and any minor problems quickly addressed by the owner. We all loved it!

Property has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Attention to detail, everything works, we will definitely return. We had an unexpected issue late one night and Pablo responded quickly and resolved it. We had a great time. So nice to have all the items available for the beach, like chairs, toys, floats, etc made things so easy.

This is a special section of beach because you can't drive on it. So it's very chill and private. House essentially has two master bedrooms, so it's good for two couples with an upstairs balcony so everyone has their space. Hot shower downstairs, great grill and fire pit. We will be back for sure. Allows dogs.

When we travel we almost always rent homes. We like that over a hotel. This home by far was one of the most well-stocked rental homes we have been through and the location is great. The home is in great shape and has everything you need! Beautiful views and beachfront cannot be any better!

Family of five stayed with two pups - absolutely loved this place. I searched and checked reviews for weeks trying to find just the right place, and this house didn’t disappoint. Literally steps from the beach (like 5 steps from back grass to beach), spectacular views, no-vehicle beach (a huge plus for us, since we had kids), nice quiet neighborhood. The beds were so comfortable (first time I’ve ever like a bed other than my own!), linens/towels were very nice, premium supplies provided (TP, paper towels, trash bags, laundry supplies), nice appliances, unbelievably stocked Kitchen (every dish/pot/pan you could imagine). The fenced area for our pups was so great - saw a lot of places nearby that didn’t have that, so I was super glad we did. I saw people mention how stocked the garage was with beach chairs, floats, sand toys, etc. but I guess I didn’t believe it because we still packed stuff and found that we barely touched anything we brought because they provide so much! Seriously, you need to bring very little - the owners do a fantastic job at providing as much as possible so you don’t have to. Thanks for such a wonderful stay for our family! Would definitely recommend!!

My family agrees - we think this rental is now our favorite beach house rental! We loved the beachy decor (immaculately decorated throughout the house) as it put us immediately in the mindset of being on vacation and the layout of the house was perfect for our family. We also loved the location (quiet beach), the amenities provided (it is so nice to stay where someone has thought of everything -- including extremely comfortable bedding!), and we found the binder to be very helpful as a visitor guide to the area. All in all - we really loved this rental and want to thank the owners for making it so nice!

This house was in a great location, and the kitchen was phenomenal. It had everything we needed, and a nice big fridge that actually worked! The house is right on the beach, and the walking path to the house is nice. I don't have anything negative to say about the house or the host. The host responded to our questions quickly, and even texted us letting us know that we could check in early. I would absolutely recommend this house.

Beach front fully furnished home steps from the sand🥰! We loved it and it was perfect for our 9! Ages between 2months - 40yrs! We went crabbing and even caught some blue crab(we released them after ooohhhing and ahhhhhing at how cool they are)... That sunrise on the top balcony was worth every penny!
