Third time at this home. Location is amazing and the home is spacious and nice.

I’m a local resident that had a group of friends visiting for the weekend. I typically find that VRBO listings look better than the real thing. That is definitely not the case here! For me and my friends that stayed, we were all legitimately impressed with the size and decor of the property- especially with so many social spaces/ room to move/ views of the harbor. If you want to visit Santa Cruz, be in a scenic, centralized, and very accommodating habitat- this will be hard to beat.

Whenever we come down to Santa Cruz, which is often, we try to stay at this beautiful home. The location is fantastic - across the street from the boat harbor. A very quick drive to everything that you want to do In Santa Cruz and across the street from twin Lakes Beach, which we love. Great view of the harbor and the ocean from the living room. Can’t wait to get back there again!

This is a beautiful property. We are a family of 8.
6 adults and two children. Our original plan was to sail our boat down from San Francisco Bay and have our adult children and the two grandkids stay in the house while we stayed on the boat in the harbor just across the street. Because of a small craft warning that weekend along the coast, we could not sail and ended up at the house, which was big enough for everyone. We had a great time, in spite of the weather. We are already planning our next trip/sail to this property.

We had 3 generations - grandparents, parents and 3 children, ages 9-13 - staying for Labor Day weekend. This 3-level home is spacious and well located for panoramic marina views and a very short walk to the beach. Property manager was responsive to any/all questions asked before and during our stay. Highly recommended.

The house was even nicer than we expected from the pictures! Beautiful tri-level home was perfect for our 4 college and high school kids- older kids got their own rooms and the younger ones had a cool game room and bedroom on their floor.
The location was great- close enough to see the ocean and docks and to run back and forth to the beach, but just far enough that we really felt relaxed there.
The garage was stocked with bikes (we used multiple time!) and towels and even other beach things for young kids.
We all loved hanging out at this house in the living room upstairs. Big windows and lots of light and awesome sailboats going by. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location at the Santa Cruz yacht harbor. Perfect for a weekend to do no driving. Restaurants, beach and coffee shop all right outside the door. House is lovely and just right for hang out and relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed at this property with my husband, sons and some of their friends. The location was great a short walk to the beach and food. The volleyball and boogie boarding was a blast and you can have fires on the beach at night. Would definitely rent again.

This is the 2nd year in a row we've rented this property. The view is amazing. Such a short walk to a much less crowded beach than most in Santa Cruz. A joy for our family.

Great sunsets!
We had a lovely stay at this property. The view from the living room and master bedroom was fantastic ... the busy yacht harbor during the day and amazing sunsets in the evening. The kitchen worked very well for making multiple pies for a family Thanksgiving dinner.

We loved the location for our family vacation. The rooms were great and the beds were very comfortable. the view of the harbor was so much fun to be able to watch all the activity and the short walk to the beach was perfect. The stairs were a bit of the challenge for Great Grandma, but everything else made up for it. (plus she needed the exercise) The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars for cleanliness was because the cleaning crew had not put the clean sheets back on the beds, or finished washing the towels. The house itself was very clean.

Lovely house
LOCATION...wonderful place.
The outdoor shower was the bomb for the kids when we came back from the beach.
Clean and airy. Also loved the gas fireplace and heated floors.

Great spot for family get together
Wonderful , clean and room for all. Lots of spots to hang out (2 patios and deck). location down the block to beach and across from marina and easy walk to boardwalk. Our family loved the spaciousness and comfort and we fought over the swivel chairs looking out the bay window to see he marina.

Loved the house and location. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful views of harbor and ocean. Great location for hiking in redwoods—which is what we came to do. Would definitely stay here again. Probably the most comfortable vacation house we’ve stayed.

Very close to the beach, with plenty of dining (take-out) options close by as well, we had a great stay. House was very nice and had all the amenities we were looking for. Would happily stay here again in the future.

Great location and excellent house design.
This is one of the best properties in the area and one of the best areas in Santa Cruz. The house design, views and amenities are top notch. It is about a three minute walk to the beach, the Crow's Nest, and paddleboard rentals. Easy access to the road around the harbor, which is great for walking dogs. We have stayed at the house multiple times and will be back again next year.

Location location location
This property is located right next to the harbor, crows nest, el palomar Mexican, java city and the beach hut store. We loved spending our thanksgiving holiday in this home with an amazingly well stocked kitchen, radiant heated floors and incredible views! We will be back.

Perfect spot!
We loved this house. My children loved watching the boats go into and out of the harbor, and it was a really quick walk to the beach! Very quiet neighborhood, with the exception of the crows nest on Saturday night, we had to close the windows because some patrons we're playing some with car horns at 1am. We stayed for a week though, and the rest of the time was lovely! I love that the street ends in front of the house, so there's no traffic directly in front, making it nice for walking with the kids. We'll definitely be back.

Great location
Loved the location of this house right across from the yacht harbor and just a few steps from the beach. Great views for coffee in the morning. There could be a little more attention to detail in the cleaning but overall it was clean and we were very happy with our stay.

Harbour and ocean views, comfortable sunny house with parking
Comfortable modern sunny house with room for a large family. Walking distance to Twin Lakes Beach and views across the harbour to steamer Lane. Plenty parking and all amenities provided for a beach holiday. Nice open plan living and kitchen area with sunny outlook, Short drive to Santa Cruz boardwalk.

A great place to stay in
What a beautiful house in a fantastic location. Absolutely loved it. Plenty of room, well fitted and nicely decorated. Some of the pots and pans are getting tired but apart from that, cannot find any negatives. Strong recommendation.

Amazing getaway
We stayed for a few days while our house was being tented. The house was beautiful, the location was amazing. The property manager and maintenance crew were great to work with. Accommodating, prompt and easy to get in touch with. We had our dogs and kids and we all loved it. Would highly recommend and may do another staycation in the future. Thank you!!

Great house, quiet location
The house and yard were really nice, clean, well kept, and a good size for our family of six. Being walking distance to twin lakes beach was convenient. There are great places to walk around the harbor and around the beach. The house was a good place to come back to for relaxing after a day around Santa Cruz, especially with a separate living area in the basement for the kids.

Great house for a large group. .definitely need to replace the beds. Very worn out and not very comfortable.
