Beautiful property and better than advertised! Owners were super accomodating and communicative. Family enjoyed the space and all the things yo do along with our boating activities. We hope to make this an annual stay.

Plenty of room and privacy for 6 of us and wonderful to see Big Bear Lake almost full. We enjoyed the new upper and lower decks and sunsets from the upper deck were memorable. Check in and communications with both the property manager and the owner were easy. Overall very satisfied with the property and experience.

We took our entire family here for my mother-in-laws 70th birthday. The house was perfect. Lots of space, comfortable beds, fully stocked, and wow that view! Management was amazing as Patsy responded immediately to all my questions. Check-in was flawless. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

When we booked Patsy's cozy lakeside cabin, we didn't know the biggest storm in decades was on the way. Our group of three families including 5 kids found this home spacious, entertaining, comfortable and accommodating. I was right at home in the kitchen with everything I could need to whip up a batch of cinnamon rolls from scratch, slow cook pulled pork and assemble lasagna. With blizzardy conditions for most of our stay, we were delighted that that driveway made for a great sledding spot and the surrounding property provided plenty of exploration for the kids. Bonus points for the property manager who arrived as soon as we did to plow the driveway and shovel snow off the walkway and stairs! I can't wait to come back for a summertime trip! Thanks for the memories!

The front outside is a little deceiving as it appears to be a cookie cutter home….but once inside it’s truly a clean, lovely, large home with every amenity one could possibly need. The view of the lake is spectacular and sunsets are gorgeous. There was enough room for 3 families and space for everyone to sleep…the beds are very comfortable and after a fun day it’s a great nights sleep. We will definitely be coming back.

Love the property size and location. Views are fantastic and very little street noise. Would definitely recommend this to anyone hopefully we can stay here next year

We are siblings now from FL & CA--we had a fun time in Big Bear Lake........lots of wine & laughter. The property & location were terrific. We love hassle-free mini-vacations! Don't hesitate with this property!

Great place for Families to get together. The dock is a little long walk, but we were knew that ahead of time. Multiple levels of home makes it good for kids playing downstairs and adults up stairs. Love visiting Big Bear, will definitely stay again! :)

Patsy is an amazing host for this beautiful Lake Front House which is reasonably priced. We especially enjoyed the multiple King size beds as most places only have the primary room with the King size bed. Lots of activities to do at the house, and lots of kitchenware.

Wonderful long weekend for three families (6 adults and 4 kids). Plenty of bathrooms, space and things to do. Location is great, with a short walk to the shore. Owner provides plenty of towels, and a cute welcome basket for you. The views are incredible! We will be back for sure.

This was the second time we have stayed at this property, and it was as good as the first time with even a few upgrades. Property was clean when we got in, and we even noticed that the flooring in the main living area had been changed from carpet to hard flooring, which was a nice touch. As with the last time we stayed, there was a welcome basket with a bottle of wine, and various snacks that we enjoyed. The cabin is nice and big, and was able to accommodate our party of 8 adults with 3 kids perfectly. We will look to stay at this cabin for our yearly trips to Big Bear for many years to come.

This place is beyond amazing! I can’t say enough good things but what stands out the most is the location. You are literally on the lake with the convenience of the slopes being a 3 min drive away! It’s beautiful, cozy and convenient all wrapped together. Not going to lie I almost don’t want to write a good review cause I dont want anyone else to find out about this place lol but it was 5 star!!!!

We enjoyed the trip, the house was nice and clean right on the lake. Patsy was fantastic and communicated great. We brought our boat and we’re able to dock it right in front of the house. The water levels are a bit low but we were still able to dock our boat and enjoy the lake. My only issue would be that in the summer the house gets pretty warm in the afternoon with no AC but it cools down pretty quickly in the evening. Great place, we would stay here again!

It's a beautiful home with a great view of the lake. The house is well equipped the everything a family needs. We had a great time. Patsy Ann , the owner is very nice and thoughtful.

We had a wonderful time with our three boys. There was more than enough room for us to enjoy ourselves. The cabin was stocked with cooking utensils and appliances making cooking enjoyable. We look forward to more memories at this cabin.

It was wonderful to get away from the daily grind and all the scary news, and spend a week in this lovely, comfortable home! All the amenities of home were at our disposal and we had plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed playing tennis, hiking, biking, kayaking, and playing games as a family. We had all of our meals on the deck overlooking the lake, and it really felt like we were away from it all! It was our first vacation in a few years and we definitely made some special memories!

My family and I had a really great time and would come again. This rental doesn’t feel like a rental - it feels like a vacation home and is well cared for and furnished nicely. The dock was well-maintained and the perfect place to launch kayaks and paddle boards from. One thing not clear is that the master bedroom and kids room are on the second floor where the kitchen and main living room is. The other two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) are downstairs on the first floor where the rec room are; good to know for people with knee issues. The kitchen is well stocked with just about everything you would need, but if you plan to cook a lot I would recommend bringing a sharp chef’s and pairing knives and large cutting board. The grill is a very large charcoal grill where you can change the grate height and feed wood from the bottom. We had a couple of bumps in the road in general but both the managers and owners were incredibly responsive. The wifi is very fast (faster than we had at home) and there are tv’s in every bedroom but the downstairs queen. Thanks for having us!

This was a great property to rent. My friends and I came up for a few days to celebrate my birthday and upon arrival noticed that there was a little gift basket for us with wine and games in it. Everyone’s room had such comfortable and big beds and the house is really clean. The downstairs game room was probably our favorite spot to all spend time and have fun. The loft has a gorgeous view to the lake that my friends played Rock Paper Scissors to see who would get the bed up there. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to make food and have coffee in the morning. The dock was a nice added touch since we rented a boat. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone who asks, great stay with really lovely and kind owners!
