This apartment in Cherry Hill is gorgeous, really well located, one minute walk to Potomac river and Georgetown. My stay it’s been simply fantastic and very easy to keep in touch with John. My next stay in Washington will be again in this apartment!

I was lucky to find this wonderful apt in the best location, close to everything, well equipped, Cecil St and Cherry Lane are of the prettiest streets in Georgetown, Grace Cafe and their smoothies, Dog Tag, Sweet Greens, the AMC theatres, the bicycles for rent, the Waterfront for picnics, M street, a choice of parking spaces and John was always a phone away to solve any small detail!!! I recommend this beautiful apt, my husband was gladly surprised...

I stayed at this apt for about 5 weeks in early 2019 because I had to do some work in Washington. It was an ideal place to call home. The apt is truly full of light, the views are amazing, the space is well laid out (master downstairs with a giant closet, guest room upstairs, completely private.) Kitchen appliances and equipment essentially the same as I use at home. This place is actively used by the owner and he has fitted it out with high end stuff which is great. The place has a midcentury vibe that I love — all white with pops of color, furry coverlet right by the window where you need it! The location couldn’t be better except that uber drivers and taxis can’t find it; it’s tucked away in a warren of one way streets. But it’s remarkably accessible on foot — steps away from Wisconsin or the river and multiple places to cross the canal. Restaurants are terrific. Everybody delivers (I’d forgotten that about cities) and there are great food shopping choices all over. (Other shopping too!) John, the landlord, is superb. Close enough (VA) to show up for a serious problem, a text away almost all the time, and forgiving of small transgressions. Perfect stay. I’ll probably need to come back for my job and this will be the first place I check. It was great fun to call Chrrry Hill Lane home for a time.

The three floors with the bedrooms and baths up and down, and the kitchen, eating area, and living room in the middle, give great privacy and separation. The furnishings are high-end. The owner has put together a comprehensive book covering check-in and out, operation of the extensive set of AV equipment (B&O audio; new smart TV), shopping, dining. You name it! From street to entrance, there are no steps; elevator all the way. The owner is super-responsive... usually in minutes. Importantly, because Georgetown voted down having metro stops, there are bus stops with a lot of bus lines coming through, and the stops are about 250 years away. There are - no kidding - almost a hundred restaurants within 1 /4 of a mile.

Perfect location! So much to do around the neighborhood. $10 Uber ride to the museums and monuments. Condo has a lot of private space. Full of light. Super clean! John is a great host!! He left us coffee and creamer and a bottle of wine! Highly recommend this property.

My family and I stayed at this condo for over 2 months. The location is great; with all that Georgetown has to offer within a short walk. The condo was as advertised and was very comfortably furnished and accessorized. The condo was also thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. I highly recommend this place.

I stayed with my daughter for one week in this wonderful apartment. It has everything you need to enjoy yourself and feel at home. The location is fantastic. It is very easy to walk to M Street and Wisconsin to enjoy all of the shopping and eateries! The owner is very helpful and communication is a breeze. The apartment is very clean(trust me I am some what of a germaphobe) and the beds are very comfortable. So comfortable that I asked the owner where they came from because I will be purchasing one! Overall it is a beautiful place where you feel close to all of the Georgetown attractions, but quiet enough for some peace. I will definitely check availability next time I travel to DC. The pictures are accurate and depict this wonderful place as it really is. Look no further-you won't be disappointed!

This beautiful, spacious condo in the heart of Georgetown is a wonderful place to relax and experience all that Washington DC has to offer. John is a great host, both friendly and responsive. The condo is as stunning as the photos, from the modern architecture and interior design to thoughtful details like linen sheets and a well-appointed kitchen. It also enjoys a fantastic location - Washington Harbour and Waterfront Park are just across the street, Georgetown’s restaurants and cafes are all within easy walking distance, and both the Kennedy Center and downtown DC are just a 10 minute taxi ride away. I'd definitely recommend to friends and would stay again on future trips to DC.

Great place and location. Was able to see all of DC without a car! This place is perfect for a small family wanting to be in the heart of DC.
