This was our second time to stay in this house. It's in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the Park or town. We usually had a herd of elk in the back field, often with bull fights. The comfy living room and large tv were perfect for cool nights at home, and the hot tub was perfect for soaking in after long hikes.

We had a wonderful time!! This was a beautiful house and property.

Great get away for our mothers and daughters weekend - 5 of us. The home was as pictured. Spacious for the 5 of us. Loved the hot tub. Kitchen is well-stocked. Deer, elk and coyote visited the area. Easy drive to Estes Park and hiking. Easy check-in. We all would definitely come back.

This was an ideal location. Close to RMNP and hiking trails. Watched the perseid meteor shower from the hot tub with the beautiful mountain view. House was well equipped with beach towels and grilling supplies. We had a wonderful time 👌 😎

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay here. Very nice setup with extra space. Hot tub was great. Very quiet location and feels private. Saw some elk from the back deck. Lots of board games if you're family is into that. Great location to RMNP and Estes Park. Big kitchen for cooking with most things you'd need.

Home was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children with enough space to spread out and have privacy when needed. The house is well maintained and we had easy access to everything we wanted to do in Estes. Instructions for check in, check out, and anything else we needed to know were very clear. I had one clarification question for the owner shortly after I made the reservation and I received an immediate response to my question.

Our extended family of 7 stayed several days for a RMNP vacation. The property was clean and well maintained. Amenities including hot tub, gas grill, and laundry were appreciated. The layout including bedrooms and bathrooms was great for our family. Location was perfect with convenient access to park without needing to drive through town. Had one follow up question while we were there and Steve’s response was quick. Highly recommend, and we would love to return!

Everything about this ranch was perfect. The location, views and amenities were exactly what we wanted. The layout, with the central kitchen and dining area, encourages quality time together while also allowing space for alone time. We ended every evening in the hot tub looking at the stars. We loved it!

We booked this property last minute looking for a relaxing weekend in the mountains, and this place sure fit the bill! It’s outside the hustle and bustle of Estes, but close enough that everything is within a 10 minute drive. Would stay again!

We had a great trip with our group of friends, very clean, comfortable house!

Everything about this house exceeds expectations. The location is perfect for town and RMNP, it is the best equipped rental property any of us had ever stayed in, and is comfortable in every way. The kitchen especially has just about everything we could need. We enjoy cooking so did bring some things with us that we felt may be less common, but I don’t think there was anything that wasn’t already there. Also really appreciated the good quality grill and that it runs on natural gas so no need to worry about a propane cylinder running out. Decks on 3 sides of the house mean there is always somewhere to sit and be in shade or sun depending on preference and we ate outside most breakfasts and evenings. We saw wildlife around the property everyday and even had a deer sharing the back yard with us one afternoon! As others have mentioned, the only inconvenience is the requirement that towels are washed and in the drier before departure. It means an extra early start if you wish to shower before leaving and want to be on the road early for a long drive home.

This was a great place for us and our adult children. Lots of room, and it was obvious that thought was put into so many details that made our stay easy. We enjoyed watching wildlife, including a large herd of mother and baby elk. Having porch or deck on three sides gave us lots of options to sit and watch nature. We also enjoyed the hot tub after long hikes at RMNP.

Lovely home and great location. The hot tub was nice and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of space and the kitchen was well appointed too. My only tiny complaint is the bathroom shower heads could use an upgrade - but overall a great stay!

Great location, with good access to RMNP/Estes Park. House is cozy, but spacious enough with room for family to spread out. Nice touches included cozy blankets, towels for hot tub, and makeup remover wipes in bathrooms. Enjoyed the hot tub, the hammock, and sitting out the deck overlooking the mountains and the night sky. Host was responsive when we reached out for assistance with access code. Dinnerware is basic but functional, and kitchen is otherwise pretty well equipped. Highly recommend!

This was our first time in Colorado and this home had exactly what we needed for a family of four!

Spacious house. Comfortable with all the little amenities such as spices, coffee filters etc. Great views with elk grazing in back yard. Quick drive to hike in RMNP and loved the town.

We stayed over Spring Break (week of March 21), weather was great! The house is cozy, beds are comfortable, very clean! Guests are definitely kept in mind as there were plenty of blankets, pillows, dishes, pots pans, blow dryers, towels, toilet paper etc! Our kids loved the back bedroom with the couch and tv! They played the games that were there, they played in the hot tub, had fun taking a bath in the jetted tub; they were very entertained! Thank you!

This was a great place to stay. The highchair and kids books were a huge plus. It was also nice that the master bedroom was on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms. My friends without kids didn't have to hear my little ones wake in the night! Will definitely come back.

The home was very clean and the area is quiet. The only down fall was the unregulated heating system. One side of the house was 50, while the other wise was 75.

The property was clean and we enjoyed the location fireplace, hot tub and bedrooms with comfy beds & black out curtains! Elk grazed outside the house the whole day which was awesome! Only things I would mention is check out process - washed & dried towels was difficult by 10 am and directions for garbage was confusing - had to go on hunt for dumpster. It was also a little confusing to see house painted a different color than advertised!

House was great for the weekend with my boyfriend. We loved The hot tub and the location was great.
