You cannot be much closer to the beach entrance. Easy parking and great outdoor spaces. Simple checkin and checkout. Linens available for a fee, remember this, and if you forget as this is uncommon where you are, the host and property manager saved us with last minute linens.

We had a wonderful week! The location of this property is perfect. Great neighborhood & close proximity to the beach. Loved sitting on the front porch enjoying the view & ocean breeze, and sitting around the table in the back was fantastic for meals and playing board games. This rental was incredibly clean upon arrival and the owner was wonderful to communicate with. Perfect spot for our family of 4. We would love to return next summer!

Clean, updated, convenient, fully equipped, comfy beds, great shower, really great outdoor shower, Weber grill, beach badges! All we had to do was show up! Just right for an easy getaway.

This was our 2nd stay in this unit. It was just as nice as we remembered. It’s modern and clean and one house in from Ocean Ave. It’s a short walk to restaurants and shops too. If you are looking to go away with multiple families, ask about the 2 other units in the house, just as nice!

If you are looking for a true getaway at the Jersey Shore this is it! This is my families second stay at this property. It is just steps to the beach, comes with 6 badges (unheard of!!) and on top of being extremely clean - EVERYTHING is beautiful and brand new! Can’t wait to book for next year!

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful and was perfect for just the two of us with a few day time family visitors. House was close to the beach and walking distance to the Seaside and Lavalette boardwalks. Parking was simple and always accessible on the road. Check in was easy! Looking forward to booking another week in the future.

Our stay this June was great. Property and location were everything we wanted and just a short drive to the boardwalk. One thing to note is that there aren’t any curtains so you could be up with the birds if you are a light sleeper ! I would definitely stay here again :)

This rental was amazing - just a short walk from the beach and close enough to the boardwalk for exciting entertainment, but far enough to get some peace and quiet too. Property was beautiful and all the amenities were too notch. Clean, and very organized. Look forward to renting again.

All great things to say! Susan was super responsive, place was very clean, great layout for us to work remotely - rolling table in family room, kitchen table, or outdoor table next to outlet. And all with a view of the dunes, short walk to the beach. Far enough from Seaside boardwalk that the beach felt like a private beach at times, but close enough to go for an evening walk and get a slice of pizza. We stayed for nearly 2 weeks and enjoyed our time so much! As with most places during Covid, make sure to bring sheets and towels :)It was the off season so not all dining is open every day, this gave us the opportunity to enjoying grilling out right at the apartment/house.

I can’t say enough about Susan and this property. The place was super clean and beautifully decorated. The room with the two twin beds was perfect for my girls, they loved it! And the king bed in the master was so comfy. Prior to my stay, Susan was responsive and answered all my questions promptly. The location was awesome! So close to the beach which was important for me having 2 young daughters. The covered back porch with fan was an awesome bonus which allowed us to eat every meal outside even when it was raining. Shannon greeted us upon check in and was so friendly. She showed us how to work the lock box and where out outdoor shower/storage space was and other details about the property. I can’t wait to go back!

This two bedroom rental was new, modern, clean and one house from the beach, and convenient to everything you need. There was a great bagel deli at the end of the block and a pancake house too, cvs three blocks away, seaside heights boardwalk close enough to walk etc. We didn’t have hot water on our first day due to the upstairs tenants and after contacting the owner she had someone there within 2 hours and it was resolved. We booked this last minute and couldn’t have been happier. The place is gorgeous, centrally located, attentive management... We will be back.

Apartment was beautiful. New and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Our apartment had a nice covered deck with table and chairs right off the kitchen. Area is very quiet. Great location to the beach. Would highly recommend!

Would have been perfect except that we had 6 pounds of chicken to cook on the grill (no oven in rental) and grill had no propane. Tried the two other grills (with permission from the renters) & they had no propane. Three grills and no propane. Tried to cook the chicken in a frying pan, which didn't work out very well with company waiting to eat. Property manager did apologize and understand things happen, but was very inconvenient and stressful for us. Was too late to try to find a place to get propane.

I'm not kidding, Susan thought of EVERYTHING! Whenever we rent a place I always pack "my" essentials which includes a bag of kitchen tools. I never took mine out on this trip. The apartment is just perfect and beautifully decorated. It's brand new construction with all the comforts of home. My husband and I stayed in Unit 1 which is a 2 BR/1.5 bath w/ LR, eat in kitchen (the other 2 units have 2 full baths) fabulous covered porch off the kitchen with ceiling fan and a nice porch on the front of the house. Each unit (there are 3 of them) can host up to 6 people and has it's own outdoor shower, weber grill and a parking spot! Central air, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, stackable front loader and dryer in the kitchen (nicely tucked in a closet) and 3 wall mounted tvs (one in each BR and one in the living room). The rental is on a beach block a 2 min walk to one of two Ortley beach entrances. Situated between Lavallette and Seaside Heights there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shoppes close by. It's a 1/2 mi walk to the Lavallette boardwalk and just just under a mile to the beginning of the Seaside boards. Susan is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with and we can't say enough good things about the place...we will definitely be back!
