I highly recommend this property. It is spectacular (clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable) and in a terrific location (a 5 minute walk to Broadway). Property manager was professional and responsive. We had a group of 8 friends and we had a great time here.

Stayed here for Bitcoin conference with wife and friends. Loft is very big which ensures everyone has plenty of space. The location is excellent and walking distance to Broadway. I would definitely stay here again. One point of improvement was humidity, we woke up a little sweaty in the morning even though the A/C was set at 69. The loft could use more dehumidifiers to ensure humidity stay lower. Overall we were very happy with the property and check in was fast.

Producers loft was exactly what the listing described. The whole party was amazed when the elevator door opened to our loft. It was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect! Printers alley was right across the street if you wanted a late night drink close to home and just a short walk to broadway if you wanted an all night out. While the location was so close to night life, it was still tucked away enough for a quiet night in for the older guests in the party. Thank you. Printers alley lofts for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be using them again for the next trip to Nashville.

You never know what you might get when you book online. This property was everything we hoped it would be and exceeded our expectations. Which the expectation was set very high. It made my 60th birthday celebration the best ever. Great location, very comfortable beds, fun party atmosphere, private, and quiet. You will be amazed!

The residence was extremely conveniently located, just far enough off Broadway to avoid the noise and traffic but a short walk to engage in the activities there. The private and keyless access was nice, the building condition was great, felt like a home away from home with all the usual comforts. Have already recommended the property and location to friends and would look to rent again on a future trip.

The place was uniquely beautiful. I can not imagine there is a nicer place. There were so many unexpected extra touches that made for such a nice stay. Loved from the moment we were on the property and checked in, until rhe moment we had to leave. We did not want to leave the place at all. So nice! Would love to stay here again.

This property IS amazing! We had 4 couples fly into Nashville for the weekend and we all had our own bedroom/bath plus lots of living space to hangout.
We were able to walk everywhere. Wish we could have stayed longer and planned more activities at this property. Next time!!

The property was amazing, the room was even better than it showed on line. Location was fantastic. Bars and restaurants literally downstairs (Black Rabbit was amazing) and Broadway is only 3 blocks away.

This property exceeded my expectations, and if you knew me, rarely do I say that! The greatest compliment I could give is that I would stay here again. With all the places I have stayed over my life, there might be two or three that I have ever said that about. Darold was amazing and so helpful. Location is great and we had a great time just hanging out and listening to music and playing shuffleboard!

Group of of 7, 3 birthday celebrations. All first timers and we had a blast! Amazing place, great communication and perfect location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do, see and eat. Will definitely be back! Well worth the money!

Printers Alley location was awesome. We loved printers alley and it’s really close to Broadway too. The loft is gorgeous with everything you need and the beds were very comfortable. All questions/issues were taken care of right away. We would definitely go back. Thank you!

Loved this property, great location, beds were so comfortable. The only negative is the elevator opened directly into the VRBO. With 6 women staying there we would have felt more comfortable with a door we could lock. With that being said there are 2 codes that you must use to get in the VRBO. One at the front door, the other to your floor.

From the moment we arrived, we were so glad we chose the Producer's Loft for our celebration. IT was spacious, comfortable and more than enough space to spread out. The pool table and shuffleboard were fun and since it was during a heatwave, the A/C couln't have been better.
My second trip to Nashville and this was a perfect location for proximity (couple blocks) to Broadway and within a 15-20 min walk to all the things we wanted to see in Nashville.

The condo was very nice, roomy & in walking distance to LOTS of bars, restaurants and museums. We enjoyed our stay & will definitely go back.

Stayed 3 nights. Loved the place. Location was great. Close to everything. Great communication from property manager. Easy check-in. Shuffleboard, pool table, and true 4th bedroom were great additions. Glad that the Producers Loft was off 3rd and not directly on Printer’s Alley. Little quieter location which we appreciated.

Absolutely loved our stay. The place is simply amazing and we loved the location as well. It’s walking distance to Printers Alley and downtown, but far enough away so as not to be disturbed by any noise or crowds. There were 3 couples. We had a ball and plan to return someday. Thank you!!

The property is perfect, clean, and stunning. The location is perfect, and anything you need is in walking distance. If I could give this property 10 stars, I would.

The loft is very large and looks great. Property is 3 blocks from Broadway and within 5 minutes walking distance to Bridgestone Arena. Communications was great and we had no issues - property manager met us onsite and explained everything about the unit to us in 5 minutes. Only 2 "slight" negatives is that you can hear music playing late into the night and you can hear someone walking on the floors if someone is staying in the unit above you. Overall, not a big issue.

I can't say enough great things about this place and the host! Not only is the property stunning inside but the location is great and everything you need is just a few steps away! I would highly recommend this place and will 100% be back!

Great Location-Walking Distance to everything we did! We spent a night in Printers Alley, Broadway and also caught a Predators game. Plenty of room and nice that all rooms had there own bathroom
