We spent one week at Keith's condo and we all loved it. We enjoyed eating and relaxing on the balcony. The condo itself had everything we needed. The check in and check out process went very smoothly. It was very convenient to have groceries stores very close by. Keith had arranged our access to the Beach Club as part of the condo rental and the Beach Club was an awesome place. We appreciated having the option of spending time at the pools and the beach. We would definitely stay at Keith's condo again. Thank you

We love the Pacifico Resort and this condo is beautiful and centrally located, very near the pools. The condo is beautifully decorated and the kitchen has every appliance and equipment you could need. The balcony is very large and I loved sitting out there and watching the birds. I especially love the lap lanes reserved in part of one of the four pools, for lap swimmers only. You don't need a car! Wonderful American-style supermarket within a 5 minute walk. Several restaurants and beach within less than 15 minute walk. Free shuttle to the private Pacifico Beach Club runs several times a day. Great food and drinks at the pool snack bar and the beach club. Recommend the condo and the resort very highly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pacifico - the grounds are beautiful and the pool is fantastic. We enjoyed the convenience of this condo that is a short walk to the pool and grocery store. It is also quite private, with a nice sized deck for lounging or having a meal or morning coffee. We rented a car for our stay but if you enjoy walking you could easily get by without one as the beach is a about a 15 minute walk away and the Auto Mercado grocery store is right at the entrance to the property. We also enjoyed doing a couple of early morning hikes up the trail by the kids play park for some great ocean views. Booking day trips from Coco is easy - all the tour operators we dealt with picked us up right outside Pacifico. Would definitely stay here again.

My family of 4 stayed in Guanacaste for 5 days. The condo was the perfect location for everything on our itinerary. Everything was as described. Communication with the owner and property manager were great. The condo was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed to prepare quick meals. Beautiful gated community that is close to everything you might need on your trip. Our 10 and 8 year old kids loved the pool and we enjoyed walking around the community. We would love to revisit Costa Rica and stay here again. Thank you Keith!

Property is just as described. Very clean and well kept. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Rented a golf cart which made it even easier to get around. A long way to get to “touristy” sites unless booking a tour which we did not do because of young child. Would stay here again if looking for a quiet relaxing getaway.

An absolutely stunning condo complex. Landscaping is impeccable, staff are friendly, security is top notch, food at the Beach Club is fantastic and the swim pools are spectacular.

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. Initially we were disappointed because we thought we would be closer to the beach but it turned out it was fine. We took the free shuttle to the beach club almost every day which was super easy. The beach club is such a great bonus to renting in Pacifico. The condo itself was clean, beds were comfortable, air conditioning works great. We didn’t have hot water in the shower which was a bummer but not the end of the world. Also of note, the condo is on the 3rd floor and there’s no elevator so getting luggage up and down was a hassle. Market is an easy walk and so we never rented a golf cart because we didn’t need it. The pool bar on property was great. Good, affordable food and drinks. We did bring 3 bottles of alcohol with us and we’re glad we did because alcohol is very expensive at the market. Pickel and tennis courts are in great shape and we enjoyed those as well. Condo has a few English speaking tv stations and we mostly watched Netflix and Hulu at night. Complex is quiet and very safe. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and we would revisit again. Thank you, Keith!!

The condo was beautiful. The patio was great for morning coffee and dinner at night. The property is gorgeous. Great amenities nearby, good restaurants, coffee, etc. Great hub to travel around to different attractions. We loved staying in the condo. Very spacious and had everything we needed for a great week long vacation.

This condo is great. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is big clean, well equipped and on a great property. You could stay at the condo complex and have a great trip. It is a couple minutes away from the beach but that was no issue as parking is easy. We went to the beach club and it was great. We ended our Costa Rica trip at this condo and it was the perfect place to relax before we went home. I would highly recommend this condo and would be a great place for someone looking to visit Costa Rica for the first time. We spent a portion of our time planning when we will come back and stay here again. There is nothing bad or needing improvement with this condo.

Amazing property! Large private vacation condo in Coco beach at a great price. Great for a family or 2 couples. The pictures do not do it justice. Great pools, and food and drink next to one of the pools. The property is extremely safe with guards and security gates. Walking distance to the market and plenty of restaurants . A few nice beaches within a 15 minute drive. I definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Our stay was very comfortable and provided a good home base for our family. The best part about this property were the resort style amenities like the grounds, pools and beach club access. The physical condo shows some wear and tear but has good space for families to spread out.

We enjoyed our time at the condo. It was calm and quiet during the day and the evenings. It’s well located and easy to walk to restaurants.

Condo is as advertised. Pacifico grounds are beautiful, we enjoyed the pools every day. The beach club does charge $25 per person, but spend the day have drinks and or lunch/dinner and that money is put towards your bill. The restaurant at the beach club was good and service was great. Property owner and management were helpful when our trip was delayed due to weather. Would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pacifico. The condo was nice and as advertised. The TV and facilities info needs to be updated. We had trouble the first day/night getting in and out of the property and the info on getting pickelball equipment is not correct. When I contacted Corby about some shower issues, the manager was there the same day to correct it. Overall, it is a nice place just a little further from the beach than we had anticipated. The Beach Club charges $25 to go in, so keep that in mind. It is not free and the shuttles are infrequent and stop at 5:30. The pools at the facility are really nice and the place is kept up well. Everyone was very friendly.

This property was all that it was advertised. Well kept and very well equipped. The unit is located in the Pacifico Condo complex. The Pacifico property is very well kept with 24 hour security. The property is also well situated to grocery stores, fresh fruit vendors and many restaurants. My suggestion is that while staying here you rent a golf cart to get around.

Good location and very nice condo. Was a good space for 2 couples. We enjoyed the beautiful pools daily. Golf cart rental is highly recommended for getting around town (too hot to walk) The only thing I would recommend is for owner to provide basics such as: shampoo, conditioner, coffee. oil for cooking etc. just the basics to get started. Otherwise was a wonderful stay.

My brother and I shared the condo and facilities and had a great time there. Pacifico and the condo was just as advertised, beautiful accommodations and super friendly host. If you are visiting the Coco area you will want to stay here. Don’t forget to visit the Beach Club!!

We had a wonderful vacation and stay in Costa Rica. Our condo was beautiful, overlooking the pool. The condo had everything you needed for an enjoyable vacation and was very clean. We loved the pools, grounds, hiking and amenities. Close to town and grocery story. We took day trips to an Adventure park and a sunset cruise on a sailboat. Many many thanks for a great vacation. We had a great week at Keith's condo. The unit is very spacious (pictures don't do it justice) with a huge porch to relax on. The unit is well equipped with everything you could need/want for your week in CR. The unit overlooks a more quiet pool and is steps away from the main pool and pool bar. The complex has a plaza with a grocery store and some restaurants, pharmacy and bank within a 5 min walk. You are also on the main strip which has an abundance of restaurant choices. The Pacifico Beach Club is worth a visit as well. Food and drinks are delicious and we had a nice massage on the beach. If you walk to the right of the club we saw a bunch of howler monkeys. Only pointer would be for instructions on how to get equipment for the sportsplex (pickle ball and tennis rackets).

I stayed at Keith’s Pacifico condo for the month of October. The condo had everything needed for a months long stay, and the amenities at Pacifico were awesome. October is the wet season- but mornings were always clear and gorgeous, and short afternoons rain storms were fun to watch from the covered patio. Working remotely, I was concerning about wifi speeds- but the wifi was terrific and faster than I have had at places in the U.S. Thank you for a memorable month! I will be back for sure!

In a great, safe area of Playa del Coco. Within walking distance of the beach. You do have to climb stairs to get to the apartment. Just be prepared for that. We only went to the pool once, just because we love the beach, but others seemed to enjoy the pool quite a lot and it was nice when we went as well. It really was the best place to stay for us this first time in Costa Rica. Close enough to the airport as well as other beaches for us to drive to and visit. Having to get checked in and out was a little new for us (we've never done that before when staying at a VRBO) but even when our plans changed the day before arriving the manager was MORE than accommodating and willing to work with our schedule. We would totally stay here again!

The condo was in a beautiful area. It was quiet near the adult pool. Close to restaurants and easy to walk to many places, stores, restaurants or even the beach. An enjoyable place to stay.

Condo was amazing! The condo had everything we needed and we were so happy to be able to go to the beach club almost every day. Pacifico is close to the beach, the supermarket etc..., so we didn't need to rent a car/golf cart. The kitchen was very well equipped, which was great for us as we love to cook.

What a wonderful place to enjoy your Costa Rican vacation. Amazing, well stocked unit with all the amenities in a safe, gated community close to downtown coco. Keith and property manager Corby were warm, welcoming, responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this place!!

Everything was amazing! This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed on the Pacifico property. The owner of the property was so helpful and sent me info I needed to know about traveling to and from Costa Rica. The owners also stocked some beer and wine in the fridge. Have never had that done before! The condo was clean and very pretty. The property manager was quick to get us in and out. Also we had a little problem right when we checked in and the property manager had it fixed within 1 hour. This was by far the best experience I’ve had renting in Costa Rica and I can’t wait to go back. Definitely would love to rent the same place again!
