Great apartment, the best one in Alicante. If you would like a nice room in a nice spotless apartment in a cool neighborhood then look no further. It's a 10 minute walk to downtown, the walk is great. The neighborhood is also great, has everything you need, from supermarkets to restaurants. The owner is great as well, friendly and helpful, she speaks Spanish and French. For English speakers, you're going to have to use Google translate.

Jacqueline is a very friendly hostess. It will solve all your household problems. The atmosphere provides family coziness. Very satisfied.

We spent only little time at the accomodation as we were out on beach or in town centre all day and evening, but the few times we've seen the host, she was very nice, even checked us in very late as we had a night flight. Explained everything, but all in Spanish which we don't speak, however we've been able to understand with each other 😁 (Although you can message with someone in English, here on booking, and they can communicate to the host directly for you)... Jacqueline has 3 amazing cats, very friendly and cute, they roam around kitchen and hallway and occasionally venture into the room if invited 😻 We didn't really use the kitchen so can't comment on that. But shower and toilet were very clean and we had all we needed in the room - comfy beds and spacious wardrobe, and most of all - air con which was much appreciated as it was so hot! View was into the block of flats. Overall value was great so would recommend! Thank you!

The centre was quite far to walk to, but we knew about the distance. What we didn't realize is how tiring it is to walk in such heat 😂 located next to main road though so there are buses, but we never used any.

Owner is very friendly, but you need to take out the take away food bag outside the flat on your own, to the street garbage place. Air condition is good. Bedsheet is clean, but don’t use the spare one, owner may feel it’s not a good idea.

For the double room, outside the window there is the balcony, it’s not so convenient to open the window or the curtain because they might see you inside the room. If you are allergic to cat, consider more, because you might find the cat walk in your room and be on the bed or on the top of the shelf. There are some sound around 4-5am, not every night, but if you are a light sleeper, it’s easy to be waken up.

It's a room with actual owner living in the same apartment. The room and the apartment is very clean and well taken-care of, with lots of pretty little things that make you feel at home. The owner: nice middle-age lady is very nice and helpful.

The owner had a party during the weekend; this may disturb you if you're not a party person (although the party didn't carry to our room)

Good location close to shops and bar, good bus service or 20 minute walk to city centre. Fully working kitchen nice bathroom, quiet area. Host very friendly.

This is a private apartment on the 3rd floor, there is no lift this may be a consideration. The owner has 2 cats. The WiFi can be a little hit and miss.

The host is one of the loviest and most welcoming people we have met on our travel through Spain, and the room is spacious and very clean :) In middle of town so close to everything you need there is even a 24 hour shop just round the corner.
