La habitación olía cloaca. Se oían ratas en la madera de la habitación. La piscina no se usa porque está verde. Está un poco lejos del centro andando. Una Van o coche no puede acceder al hostel. Sólo pueden entrar tricycle y motos.

Great place with a great vibe, the place is super cute and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Locates a bit out of the chaos of town which we loved, surrounded by nature.

The first night we got assigned a room in a dorm (that we had for ourselves) but the flush in the toilet wasn't working properly, there was not much natural light coming through the room. But the day after we were transferred to a double room which was much nicer

隣にスタッフのファミリーが住んでいて、3人の子供が可愛くて、可愛くて。

チーフの女とサブの男が最悪、2度ほど切れて、注意してやった。 鍵の件で詐欺を仕掛けて来た事も有った。 金の心配ばかりで、顧客をもてなす気持ちがまるで無い。 施設は崩壊寸前、壊れた箇所は全て応急処置のまま、恒久処置を施して無い。 経営管理、メンテナンス管理、どれをとってもド素人！ トイレ＆シャワールームの汚さには閉口した。 水は地下水を使用、臭いうえに時々茶色の水が出る。 長期滞在者は病気になること間違いなし。 此れで2万ペソ近い料金なんだから、閉口する。 3人の子供が居なかったら、ホテルチェンジしていたところ。

Me gustó que estaba rodeado de naturaleza. El personal siempre estaba pendiente de ti y te ayudaba en todo. Me han tratado super bien y me he sentido como en familia. También la comida de allí estaba deliciosa. La piscina estaba siempre super limpia y podías bañarte a lo largo del día. Arriba tiene una zona. chill out para relajarse y es maravillosa. El hostal está muy cerca de la playa y del centro del Nido. También organizan excursiones. Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento a todo el staff.

Wifi worked well, good size room and the location is lovely. 10 minute walk onto busy street but the road is so nice.

There was an issue with no water in the room but the host sorted it, there was no water on the island and tried everything to make a solution. Thanks!

The place was dirty,ants and mosquitos were everywhere. Toilet bowl was filthy,toilet seat was broken.Bathroom was dirty.Lavatory sink was filthy.A lizard was in one of the rooms nearby and was making noises a few times during the night.Worst of all there was no water and electricity.Only stayed one night.Had to find another place to stay the following day which was 100% better. The place was not even the same as what they had described and the pictures shown on their website.

The people (some are really nice) . Other than that, everything is bad, in addition to a broken toilet and intense mud every day because there are no cloths to dry the bathroom, the shower does not work and you have to shower with a bucket of water, when the power goes out the water tends to run out a lot frequency lacks power. If you are going to stay 1 day it will be great, but otherwise run away. There is a kitchen that is not explained here that you have to pay 200 pesos, I paid the 200 pesos for the stay and I was charged more money when I left because I was told that I had to pay once all the time I was staying and not different times. They shouted at me because I said I would not pay and that was very bad. The morning I left early I needed to pay a daily rate that I didn't pay the day before but because there was no one at the reception I left and made an extra reservation to pay for the night I stayed. Instead of solving the problem internally, considering that I tried to pay in the morning, but there was no one to receive the money, they preferred to make a disproportionate scandal in the boat I was on, since I had already paid for Booking.com. I paid the last night in cash and made a cancellation request that until then was not accepted. Waiting for refund as I paid cash as requested

The room was nice comfortable and clean. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. the location is pretty central and the sunsets from the road there were beautiful! A very quite friendly

The electricity was down at times (came back after a few hours). The location while central is a little hard to find because google maps doesn’t navigate there well.

No drinking water. No toilet paper. No hot water. No wifi. Not allowed your own food, must buy theirs. Advertised free shuttle but hid the condition it must be between 2-8pm. Room was dirty and had lots of bugs. Of course I can only speak for myself, but before you say that I shouldn’t expect more from hostels, please know that I am 1/3 months into a trip through Asia and have almost only stayed in hostels, and this is the first unpleasant experience I have had.

Hosts fantastic and can help with anything you need also very accommodating considering we upgraded the room before arriving.

-Very unclean in rooms with ants everywhere. - Shower cold -uncomfortable mattresses and unclean bed sheets - Price a bit steep for what you get - 10-15 minute walk into the town with motorcycle rental shops nearby which made it easier.

Staff were great. Good budget option. Free transfer on check out day. Nice communal area.

Only cold showers. Water on and off intermittently. But you get what you pay for and we knew this when booking so cause us no problem.
