That is snowed while we were there

The refrigerator door was merely propped onto the fridge as as was a leg on the coffee table, plates were chipped, stairs were loose, no cable, and the shower screamed a high pitch when turning on and off. So many little things that made the place apparent that it was not well looked after. I have loads of pictures if needed by owner, but not wanting to bash the property on website.

We are 4 adults , 2 couples. We booked this apartment because on Booking's website it says: "The spacious apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a bath or a shower and free toiletries. When we entered the apartment we discovered that there is only one shower room + additional toilet room. If we had known this, we would not have booked this apartment. A big disappointment for us.

Location was great.

Not suitable for more than 3 people. Two small rooms, only one full bath, and one half bath. Spiral staircase would be harder for older people to go up and down. Hard to find building. There is no number on the building!

Nice location and a good view from the living room.

there was a broken shower head issue and need to manage water cleanup all over. No follow-up to my first call when notified by both the local number and the hosting co., till the next day afternoon, when calling them again to find out that no communication was done or any action was taken except it was recorded in the system. Ended up reporting again and the problem was fixed by the time we get back home in the evening. Also, the instructions to get keys to the house were wrong and misleading. The instruction steps to get the keys were not from where the car was parked, it should be to the other side of the building. Ended up downstairs neighbor helping us to get in. You should hire her to manage the property :)

Bathroom because there’s very little hot water and the tub is slippery and hard to get in and out. There’s no elevator.

The location was great!. We were steps from the resort restaurant and Alyeska Day Lodge. We were steps from breakfast and lunch locations and we were steps from the mountain hiking and biking trails.

Everything was great.
