I really loved the cleanliness and tranquility at this location. Everyone, and I mean everyone, from guests to the staff were so respectful and quiet.

The only “con” was that the room was not cool when we got there. But we totally understood because with this Texas heat we all need to do our part to conserve energy.

Safe area

There was a pet fee ($25/night) when it was not mentioned in the website as well as not pet relief area on property. The shower walls could get a good scrub down.

Excellent value for money. Very clean!! Owners were very friendly and the morning coffee was good. Texas was in a freeze when we stayed and we lived that someone had put warm water and food out for the birds. The cleanliness was top notch.

Bed was a bit hard for what I like but it was super clean and the bed cover was clean and bright.

Location is rough but close to the Stockyards, shops and restaurants.

If you get checked into room 204, perhaps go elsewhere. I don't know about the other rooms but this had a very strong and very unpleasant smell, possibly from the drains, smelling like strong chemicals to the point that we considered rather sleeping in the car (other hotels in the area were booked out). Would not stay again.

The beds was so hard I didnt sleep at all

The location is right off the highway and in close driving distance to the Cowtown Stockyards where I was headed.

The exterior of the property was rundown and needed improvement. Also the pool area was sealed shut.
