We really enjoyed our stay in Richard's beach house! We found it to be very clean, updated, comfortable, a very short walk to the beach, convenient to the restaurants and shops in Pensacola Beach and everything we needed to live everyday life, including chairs and umbrellas for the beach were available on the property. We loved the new outdoor shower and also time visiting on the deck. The neighborhood is nice and good for walking our dogs. We also enjoyed the nearby beach designated specifically for dogs- spent every morning there so that our dogs could be with us and there were very few others on that beach. We highly recommend staying in this house for a family beach vacation and would happily stay here again.

Beautiful, clean home located in a safe neighborhood. Short walk to the beach and quick drive or Uber to restaurants. Would recommend to anyone and we hope to be back soon!

The house was very roomy, bigger than it looked in pictures. Such an easy short walk to the beach, no roads to cross. The dog beach is 2 miles maybe less from the property. I was extremely pleased with how clean, the house was, the kitchen had everything and more than needed. The beds are so comfortable! (Even the twin bed that i slept in one night) Our host Richard was awesome, he genuinely cares that his guest are comfortable, and that we had everytjing we needed. He let us use some chairs and an umbrella for the beach, we felt safe and enjoyed the deck when we weren't at the beach. Ill stay here again when back in Pensacola. Thank you Richard for a great place to stay!!

We really loved this place. It was very clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and about 2 miles from shopping and many restaurants. I would highly recommend this place!

We come to Pensacola beach every year with my parents and our two young children, and this is an ideal house to stay at. The house is well furnished, and very well taken care of. The garage had all of the beach supplies we needed. Not only is the beach a quick walk, but it's also a quiet stretch of beach. The owner Richard met us to check us in, and he made sure we were comfortable. He was available throughout our stay, though we didn't need anything. It's rare to find such a kind host. We had a great week, and we'll definitely be back!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed including lots of beach gear and was the perfect place for a relaxing staycation. We would definitely stay here again!

Wow, my husband & I had the best time staying at Richard’s home. It is a fabulous property - so clean, just around the block from the ocean, and has everything you need for the beach! Mattresses were super comfy. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We even had the opportunity to meet Richard, who was such a nice guy! Well the pictuese did not do this home any justice as all the furnatue was new and very comfortable and very nice. Mr. Russell , the owner , met us and made us and our Frenchie feel extremely welcome to his home. He had everything you could possibly need on vacation here. Not one but two grills outside ! Charcoal and gas .

House was perfect in size, cleanness, very close to beach. Home is very well decorated and stocked with everything you need. Outside shower is fantastic. Dealing with the owner was very pleasing. Will return soon

The house was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The property manager was extremely friendly and provided plenty of beach gear for our use. The beach was just a short walk away and both the neighborhood and beach were quiet.

My family and our friends family shared the house for a long weekend. Richard (the best host) met us at check in to show us our home away from home. The house accommodated four adults and four children nicely. The easy walk to the non-commercial beach made our trip a 10/10. The beach was beautiful and family friendly. We had a blast diving for shells and watching the birds and fish!! To our surprise there was a second outdoor shower. Such a perfect way to clean up after a day at the beach. The house had chairs, toys, umbrellas, plenty of beach towels, etc! Since the house is in a non-commercial area it was an oasis from the near by bustle of the shops and restaurants just a short drive away. We absolutely recommend this entire experience and plan to come back in the future!

This is an amazing home! Owner met us, showed us around and was available by text/call if needed. Made the check in process very quick and easy. The home was immaculately clean. Everything you could need was provided. Inside the house was well stocked. All beach needs (chairs, tent, cooler, wagon, etc) available for use. Plenty of room for our family of five. Favorite part was the outdoor shower. Gas and charcoal grill provided. This guy has thought of everything! Very short walk to the beach. Beach was not crowded like those in front of condos. Quiet and safe neighborhood. We are already planning a return trip!

The house is located on the beach side in a neighborhood with only a short walk to the beach. The house comes with pretty much any accessories you need for a fun day at the beach: boogie boards, sand castle toys, chairs, etc. There are even a few beach towels provided. We all absolutely loved the two outdoor showers to be able to get completely clean before going in the house after being out at the beach. This was so incredibly helpful with us having 4 kids that were 7 and under with us. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The house with clean and comfortable. A perfect beach house for a family vacation.

The property owner gave us a complete tour when we checked in and pointed out anything that might cause an issue. Fortunately, we did not have any issues. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property and would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The beach house is perfect. Very clean with everything you would need. Chairs, beach stuff etc. Owner is very responsive and takes great care of the property. The beach is just out the back door and short walk down the path so very close. Wonderful location. The surrounding neighbors are quiet. Would definetly stay here again.

We loved the updated house with new outdoor shower! What a plus! Lovely furnishings, beach equipment , grill, and outdoor spaces. The only downside is carrying everything 2 blocks with small children and no real ocean view. But the walking path is very close and the neighborhood is very safe and kid friendly. The owner is friendly and accommodating .

The neighborhood has a lot of charm. The location of the house was great. A very short walk to the beach. The house is comfortable. The dishwasher was super wonky for a larger family it could be very annoying. I feel it needs to be replaced or fixed. Richard did aknowladge this. Richard is a friendly host. I enjoyed his company. This house is really a kick back and relax kinda house. Just like it should be in such a special area.

Our host offered a very clean and centralized location for me and my friends to stay while fishing a beach tournament . The house was perfect. The garage had ample space for me and my friends to store our gear. The location of the rental was close to the beach with easy access. We plan on staying again at the location for the spring tournament. Give it a try , you won’t be disappointed.

Very close tho water. Very quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. Very close to shopping, both groceries and places to eat. We were very happy with our stay at this property. Give it a try and I think you will like it too!
