Nothing. I couldn’t wait to leave. I’ve stayed in better sheds.

Cold, windows were left open. The heaters even though was turned on was poor effort, you could fart harder. The bathroom mats and bedding had cigarette burns in them. The table in the front room, broken also the oil radiator was broken. There was sick on the skirting boards in the bedroom and the bed squeaked at any slight movement. Awful nights stop over. Nothing worked and was at bare minimum standards or less but had the audacity to take £150 damage deposit. This could be affected if there was, smoking, noise or any damage. Two of the three had already occurred prior to us arriving (smoke damage and damaged items) or did occur during our stay, noise and constant banging in the building, hypocrites to then say we are self service when raising concerns about the deposit in the first place. They are showing pictures from the best apartment and there are several that don’t match with the pictures. We got the bargain basement. We stayed in apartment 1.

Bathrooms lovely. Close to centre and not too far from the car parking.

Sofa very uncomfortable to sleep on. No basics like tea,coffee,sugar, was difficult to get in contact with the host. Very average place to stay.

the private parking is slightly miss-leading on booking.com it’s a private parking lot over the road. Good value parking lot though at £10 for 24hr, I was happy to park there but initially thought the property had its own parking.

Very nice apartment, the shower was very good pressure, comfortable bed, nice sofa and kitchen aria, the location was amazing, we were a 5 minute walk from pretty much everything we wanted to do.

The view wasn’t great, however it’s in the middle of a city so that can be expected.

Gets noisy in the night at times

The floor needs a good hoover especially the kitchen under sofa, rug. There is no toaster. Cafetiere to make coffee if you bring your own coffee. No cleaning products if you need to clean. The bin dirty, one of the rooms absolutely smelt of sick and even though cleaned it smelt all week. If you needed to wash clothes nowhere to hang out to dry. We were at a swimming meet and needed to hang up damp towel and costume. The sofa bed is OK if you're not over 5ft 5in Noise outside after 12pm is unbelievable. Every night was woken up.

Great property in a fantastic location. Really clear instructions to follow from arrival to departure. Quick responses to all queries raised. Comfortable and well equipped. Well will booking again for next year, thank you

Location and value for money and size were very good.

The damage deposit was inconvenient to afford and the messages from the host had quite a stern tone rather than a welcoming one. Minor complaints in the grand scheme of things.

cosy studio near to the city centre, the key was in the lockbox and the host replied in less than 10 minutes for any requests,
