Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the lack of spices for cooking and the fact that there was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Both are things that we have had access to at all of the VRBO properties that we have stayed in worldwide.

Clean, cute, beach condo - love how close it was to beach

The property is great. Unfortunately, we had some issues with noise at night from the neighbors. Property manager was very responsive.

This place was awesome and exactly what we were looking for. Very clean, kitchen was well appointed and check in/check out was easy. Super close to restaurants, shops and the beach!

My family of 5, came for a weekend, (wish we could have stayed longer) it was a great location near down town, walking distance to everything, close to the freeway. The place was nice and clean, very modern, quiet location. We can’t wait to come back to stay longer!

Nice place, the apartment is better than pictures Only negatives, only having one set of keys was problematic, a key pad would have been much more convenient. Also no soap or shampoo provided so bring your own. Outdoor patio furniture was dirty. House keepers were still there at 4:00.

Great location and building. Very clean and pretty. Super fun! No access to a washer and dryer so pack accordingly.

The property was close to everything we needed to go to. We walked to the monarch butterfly Grove as well as to downtown easily. We did have a small problem getting in and out of the downstairs gate. Other than that everything was perfect.

We have stayed here multiple times. It’s always a great spot. Place is clean and we know what to expect. The only downside this time was laundry is no longer available. Otherwise great location.

Unit was clean and comfortable. We were in town for a family wedding and other family members stayed in an adjacent unit. We didn't spend much time in the neighborhood except for a delightful beach stroll, but enjoyed our time here..

Everything is very clean and high-end. Nice to have a parking spot off the street.

Location was fantastic, extremely clean and very spacious. Scorpion Bay Coffee company is one block away! Best coffee and tea on the coast.

This is our second stay in this unit. Great accommodations and the location can’t be beat. Check-in was super easy and my kids love the fun bunk bed. We will definitely be back next year.

The house was perfect for my friends and me. Very close to the beach and has everything you need.

Awesome place to stay

We were in town for the car show and having a designated off street parking was a big plus for us and one of the reasons we chose this rental. This was actually our second time staying at this complex, but we previously stayed in a ground floor unit. Both were very nicely maintained and clean, with plenty of space for our family of 4. Loved the location and being close enough to walk to dinner and shopping. Would definitely recommend it!

Clean and close to pier and lots of shops and restaurants. We are at splash cafe, hoagies, and dels pizzeria. And they were all delicious.

Was in Pismo with my family for a wedding in Arroyo Grande. Was a pleasure to stay at this property, would come again. Only thing missing would be laundry.

This rental was located in an awesome location with a short walk to the Pismo Beach Pier and many restaurants and shops. The unit was clean and the furnishings were comfortable for a fun stay.

Love this place been staying here at least 2 times a year for the past 3 years.

We enjoyed our time here. The house was perfect.. nice, comfy, cozy and clean. The beach was a short walk straight down the road. Restaurants close by. No need to drive anywhere if you don’t want to. The little patio outside was close proximity to our rental and a great place to hang out or take the little ones to so they can get some energy out. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

We love staying here! It is perfect for our family! Close to the beach and all the awesome restaurants. We love walking to Giuseppe’s, Ada’s and Beachin Biscuits.

The rental was clean. The instructions for the checkin process were quite detailed. Some of the utensils were missing the non-stick coating. The plates and cups were clean. We had an enjoyable stay.

Property was well appointed and in a great location

We stayed 5 winter nights. 4 were rainy so not usual for this location. It was very convenient for the beach, the boardwalk and pier as well as several excellent restaurants in walking distance. It was a pleasant space for two couples to share. If you want to bake or use the oven, bring your own pans/dishes.
