The house was impeccable, any questions we had were answered promptly, can’t wait to return!

The house was exactly as described. Lovely in all ways. They had beach towels and beach chairs for guests to borrow. Host was easy to contact.

Our group of 10 had a fantastic vacation on nantucket. The home manager and owners we very communicative and quick to respond/resolve an issue we had with the pool. You can not beat the location if you want some space + pool with in walking distance to town. Would recommend and come back!

We had an incredible time at this property! Stunning home, very spacious and fully stocked with everything you may need while on Nantucket. Can walk in town very easily, to Jetties beach, Galley restaurant and even the Chicken Box! Highly Recommend!

Great spot, perfect for Christmas Stroll.

The property manager was very friendly and met us at the house to make sure that everything inside was in order and that the pool was sparkling clean and the grill was ready to go with back-up propane. All the appliances worked well, there was plenty of pots, pans, bowls and utensils. The beach towels were big, clean and plentiful. The washer/dryer were brand new. Overall the rating was and is a "10" ! We definitly hope to go back someday.

Lovely home with lots of privacy and space to gather. Worked great for our large crowd who like to cook and socialize. Easy walk into town and close to lots of conveniences.

We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday with 4 couples and were able to all have our own comfortable space in a beautiful home/layout. The location is ideal to walk to town and enjoy the Brewery and Barlett's Farm.

Process was very easy, communication was great and everything exceeded my expectations.

Our group of six (three couples) thoroughly enjoyed our four-night experience at 6.5 Winn St. Wonderful, clean accommodations (each room has a Queen or King bed with en suite) with ample room to gather as a group and comfortably retreat when you want privacy. Pool area/house was excellent for simply hanging out and cooling off after a bike ride to ‘Sconset. Location is also a massive benefit. Easy access to Nantucket town center via foot (15 min) or bicycle (<10 min). Noteworthy to mention home is a simple 10-min bike ride to Cisco Brewing Co (which we visited twice during our stay). Lastly, owners/property manager are very accessible, responsive and helpful. Check-in/out was too easy. Exactly as advertised and everything you hope for with your VRBO experience.

Wonderful property. Beautiful spacious home close to town. Property owner very responsive and easy to work with. Two notes for new folks coming in, Uber is limited on island. So I would recommend arranging rides to and from airport ahead of time. But during visit easy walk into town and access to many locations from property. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

The house was absolutely lovely, new with beautiful decor and very spacious and open clean feel. The table was big and the kitchen area very large for entertaining or hanging out with friends. The laundry room had extra towels, linens, napkins, etc and was very organized, as well as the kitchen. Nice big bedrooms with en suite bathrooms was such a plus as well. The pool house was great we really enjoyed how it opened up to the patio and pool area and had a bathroom, mini kitchen, shower. Will definitely be back and recommend to others!

Loved the privacy of having a pool within walking and biking to town. Everyone had a great stay and enjoyed the house.

We had a great week at this beautiful house. We loved the easy walks into town or to Cisco Brewery and short bike rides to northern and southern beaches. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well laid out (with ensuite bathrooms for all). We loved the easy to use and warm pool too.

We really loved this property for our 4 young adult kids and their significant others. The pool and pool house worked great, Stepps beach (Sandbar for drinks!) was less than a mile away in one direction and Cisco brewery was 1.8 in another direction. We walked to town for dinner every night which was 10-15 minutes away too. Need flashlight to walk cobbled streets at night but very doable. We thought our rented bikes helped us get to some of these locations faster but not necessary. It was a steep rental price and maybe too inflated but overall the photos and description was spot on.

Property is new, clean and tastefully designed and decorated to the highest modern standards. Excellent communication with owners and their property management representative. We have zero complaints about the condition, responsiveness, quality of the this property. Only one comment from our larger group...a microwave oven would be a nice add in the kitchen. Otherwise, clean and spacious house.
