This was a beautiful home and perfect location! A refrigerator in the downstairs area would have been great as well as outside lighting. Amazing spot for family and friends!

We stayed here with a large family group to celebrate our parent’s 50th anniversary. We really enjoyed the layout with the large open layout family room, kitchen and dining table. Beds were comfortable except for a very squeaky bed in the small room in the loft without a window. We made great use of the pool, porch, grill, basement game room (although foosball table in poor condition) and the beach toys/chairs/wagon. Location was perfect! There were maintenance issues with the pool but management was responsive and corrected this by Monday morning. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay at Villa Segunda.

As a group of moms taking their seniors for spring break, this house had the perfect amount of room, fun, and great location. The only thing that would have made it better if there were more places indoor to hang bath towels and drawers for clothing in all bedrooms.

We booked the stay for a bachelorette party in November 2021. The advertisement stated that the property had a hot tub and a heated pool with no stipulations on whether the heating of the pool was an extra fee per day. When we arrived, the pool was heated, but there was no hot tub. The next day, the pool was not heated. We contacted the management company, Gulf Coast Getaways. They reported that the hot tub was struck by lightning and the property owner did not want to replace it. They also reported that the fee to heat the pool was $50/day and that they would not be able to have maintenance come out to heat it because of "traffic." They offered us an extra day on our reservation and to heat the pool on the extra day. We were unable to stay an extra day and asked for a credit to be applied to the reservation. After 5 days, I had not heard from Gulf Coast Getaways and reached out. Their representative, Denise, reported that no credit would be applied. We were very disappointed, as we booked the house so that we could still enjoy the pool and hot tub in cooler weather. We will not book this house again or with any home that utilizes Gulf Coast Getaways as the property manager.

The game area is so fun and if you have little kids who are napping or sleeping upstairs it is a great retreat for rowdy adults. When I asked if it was on they came to put it on and it took about 48 hours to warm up which was frustrating being a chilly in October and not being told we should ha e requested that immediately. But they came very quickly to turn on and that was appreciated.

No discount offered. - cleanliness was subpar. Housekeeping left hair from drain on floor next to shower in error, first thing noticed when first person used bathroom. Gross af. - went to get a cup out of cupboard, for some reason there was a bunch of rice in the cupboard under the cup. Uncooked rice. Very odd. Reported it and they offered to send housekeeping out the next day but that seemed unnecessary so we declined. - pool was dirty because skimmers were not functioning due to lack of proper maintenance (checking on water levels) Dipnet is full of holes. Had to attempt to dipnet before every swims. Waiting on pool maintenance meant waiting 4 hours (not exaggerating). Pool needs tlc in general, old and cracked - game room is musty and needs attention - loft level bedroom to the right smells awful and like must - general wear and tear is not in line with the photos on the listing. If I’d known, I would not have booked for the price. - any email communication with the management is sorely lacking- only communicate via text if possible Will not book property again, but hope they use this feedback to improve as it is a great location and house.

The home had plenty of space for group time and plenty of space for everyone to have that little bit of needed privacy. There are a few maintenance issues at the property but k no thing that could not be easily overlooked

Management communication was very easy and any questions were answered promptly. I would highly recommend this house!!

brought the family of 14 for a week at this beach house-4 families with kids 2-10-plenty of room, bottom floor game room used a lot-most days at the beach or pool-ate in all but one night-will try to come again !
