We have just returned from a 10 night stay. Villa was beautiful and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday, great size pool and pool regularly cleaned. Location perfect for us with a selection of restaurants, pharmacy and mini supermarket a five minute walk away, larger supermarket a short drive.Great communication with host who recommended a excellent airport transfer service and we was met at the property on arrival by a lovely lady who showed us how to use everything in the villa and to give us the keys.We will definitely be returning.

Lovely property with nice powerful showers. Air con built in to the household vents. My extended family enoyed the villa with no issues. Theres nearby restaurants all within minutes walk and a huge Sunday market 20 minute walk away. I do not agree with 50 euros key drop off and pick up, very expensive in my opinion. Villa is fully equipped as described in the amenities. Overall I recommend this villa for families looking for a relaxing holiday.

Fantastic house with all modern cons. The pool was amazing and well used. Showers were great. Air con helpful in the heat. On arrival the ‘property management company’ were very late and took 50 euros cash for a ‘service’. This is in the description but the service wasn’t great as they were late which took time away from our holiday. Full and up to date contact details and phone numbers for the property management company should be provided before arrival. The details I received, the email address wasn’t answered regularly and there was no contact number. Not fun when it’s 35 + degrees outside and you have unhappy kids and a pensioner with you, while trying to get further details from the owners. Other than that it’s a great home and perfect if you just want to chill in the pool and have a lazy holiday.

Great villa in quiet area just outside of Quesada but within easy reach of all amenities and beach. Very clean and nice villa as described, we really enjoyed staying here.

Zeer mooie en propere vakantiehuis met alle nodige voorzieningen . Goede ontvangst bij aankomst , een uur op voorhand verwittigen . De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en zeer reaction. Een aanrader voor gezin met kinderen .

The villa overall was lovely. It was clean and tidy with good quality furnishings. We were met by Nathalie who, although very nice, hardly spoke any English and it was very difficult to communicate with her or to ask any questions. We had to pay her 50 euros for a welcome and 120 euros cleaning!!! It seemed an awful lot to pay 50euros for a ‘welcome’ that really was just giving us the keys. On that note, there was only one set of keys which was extremely inconvenient with 4 adults staying in the house. Another review mentions the house smelling of stale smoke which it did on our arrival, however, this soon disappeared when we had been there a few days. The kitchen isn’t very well equipped for self catering but had the basics, definitely not enough cutlery or pots. There were no instructions for what to do with the rubbish or for check out procedures. There was no hot water initially as the boiler in the outside utility area wasn’t even turned on and we had to figure out ourselves what the problem was and how to rectify it. The area that the villa is in is really quiet and the local restaurants and bars are fantastic. Overall a good stay.

Met all our requirements satisfactorily. Not a complaint, but as the post codes in Spain cover large areas, it would have been helpful if Guy could provide a note giving the exact route to drive to his villa from Alicante

Unser Aufenthalt war von 11.Dezember bis 8. Januar 2022. Dieses Haus bietet fast Alles was man braucht. Eine schnell funktionierende Heizung. Die für uns sehr wichtig war, da die Nächte teils sehr kalt sind. Die Sonne kam morgens gegen 9:00 Uhr, bis ca.16.30 Uhr. Der Pool ist allerdings um diese Jahreszeit immer im Schatten. Aber wer will im Dezember schon in den Pool. Der Essplatz und die am Haus anschließende Terrasse lagen immer in der Sonne. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut, ebenso die Bäder, die Küche, die Schlafzimmer, usw. Das Kabelfernsehen umfasste alle deutschen Programme. Leider ruckelte das Bild manchmal in der letzten Woche. Warum? Lediglich die örtliche VerwalterIn hatte mit der Uhrzeit zu kämpfen. Beim Checkin 20 Minuten zu spät, bei der Abreise dann eine Stunde.
