This apartment was in the most wonderful location and perfect for our family -(including 2 teenagers!). Marco was wonderful to work with - promptly met us at the Vaparetto stop and escorted us to the property - showed us everything we needed to know. The stay was perfect and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again here.

Very nice place in the heart of Venice. Very convenient to main attractions, but set in a quiet area away from the crowds.

un appartement parfaitement situé, très calme, spacieux, bien équipé. Un propriétaire très sympathique avec qui il fut facile de communiquer. Nous avons d'autant plus regretté de devoir écourter notre séjour pour cause de coronavirus (4 jours au lieu d'une semaine). Nous reviendrons !

We had a comfortable stay at this apartment. The place was centrally located. It was a 7 minute walk to the Rialto bridge and a 12 minute walk to St. Mark's Square. Marco, the owner, was prompt to respond to questions and was helpful. We were met by Daria at the Rialto station and she checked us in. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Available were travel-size bottles of shampoo and shower gel, hair dryer, and assortment of teas. Although it was in the middle of the city, the place was very quiet and the historic courtyard was charming. We would book again.

Marco met us at 10pm at the Realto water taxi point. We were supposed to arrive at 5:30, but plane delays made us late. He met us with a smile and went over all the amenities. The apartment is a 10 min walk from Realto, and also to St Marks Square and so many things in between. Just be sure to know how to use the keys to the apartment, it's not a lock most Americans have ever seen. Wifi in the apartment, A/C in the main bedroom, and fan in the other room, but it was comfortable throughout. The biggest bedroom has a queen bed and pull out couch. The second bedroom is three twins. We were very comfortable as 5 adults. You won't be disappointed with this place!! Thank you Marco!!

Nous avons apprécié l'appartement de Marco. La description est conforme et le lieu est même encore mieux. Le logement est parfaitement situé, central mais à l'abri des flux de touristes, dans une petite cour. Il est très bien équipé et TRES bien entretenu. Malgré l'heure un peu tardive Marco nous attendait au Rialto, nous a accompagnés et a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer. En plus la documentation est très fournie. Nous avons apprécié les itinéraires insolites des quartiers qui nous ont fait découvrir des nouveaux coins... et pourtant nous venons à Venise pour la troisième fois. Nous y reviendrons certainement une nouvelle fois, cette fois-ci nous avait vécu l'aqua alta, particulièrement spectaculaire cette année..... Un souvenir supplémentaire. !!!! Un grand merci Marco.
