Beautiful place to stay, close to the beach and not too far from the downtown area Everything was of top standard, the place was clean and well maintained The backyard with the pool was amazing. The convenience store was a big plus, it was located within walking distance. If you thinking about visiting Aruba, I would highly recommend this property

The property is very nice and clean. What I really like is that each bedroom has a full private bathroom. The property manager Desi is very nice and pleasant. She made our stay very enjoyable!

I really can't say enough good things about this property and the people who run it! Everything was just like the pictures and every time I contacted Frank, he got back to me immediately. Thank you so much for a wonderful time ... we will definitely be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at mellow villas. There was a little confusion at first as we were moved to a different house, but our host got to us before we unpacked everything which was great. There is a very convenient grocery store just across the street and we regularly walked into town and to the beach. We had a young child with us, and there was some noise from, the workers . The home we were in is apparently where they do a lot of their work for the development. one day they even build a pergola on the front of the home we were staying in just thought that was a little odd, but they did a nice job. It just made it difficult when the baby was sleeping. Make sure you check the number of people allowed for the price so that you’re not charged extra. Overall wonderful vacation.

This was our second vacation at the Merlot Villas. The first time was 3 years ago and we would have continued the annual vacation if it were not for Covid. This particular villa, 47G, exceeded our expectations as far as accommodations and amenities. Plenty of room to spread out yet cozy enough to feel like home. The area is very well located near the high rise hotels in Palm Beach and easily walkable. There is a well stocked supermarket across the street that’s open till 10:00pm. Backyard was like a resort; lots of different types of seating and lounges, beautiful pool (lit up a night), water toys, a trampoline and a large barbecue. Our group had a wonderful carefree vacation with no issues to the manager Frank.

Overall a good experience. House needs some updates especially the electrical outlets in the kitchen. We kept blowing the breakers.

The villa was beautiful and our host was always accessible and helpful.

The property was exquisite. It is waking distance from most major attractions in Palm Beach and an inexpensive cab ride away. I am definitely considering a future stay at this exact property.
