Very hospitable and helpful family. Apartment was new. Beach is just down the hill and only 10 eur for whole day 2 sunbeds.

Location was what we expected. A little out of the main town but that’s what we opted for. Very close walk to the nearest beaches. The rooms are basic but clean, have everything you need and for a great price. The lady did our washing for us for no cost and was kind enough to hang it up for us before we returned from dinner.
There was rarely any hot water left regardless of when what time we showered, however we didn’t mind as the days were super hot so it was nice to cool down anyway. The walk back from town at night can feel a little eery as there are no street lights.

The apartments were well equipped and clean. We also asked for a barbecue and it was provided. Close to beaches but out of ksamil. This is what we wanted. Enough pots and pans, dishes etc. A nice size veranda that all 9 of us could sit and eat together.
It was the end of the season, but just a club or seaside venue that was playing music too loud and late into the night.

the place is clean, new and looks like in the pictures. the hosts are very kind and sociable. they have a yard and a veranda, it is convenient for children and there is a place to play. I recommend it!

The property was conveniently located in walking distance to the stone beach and the owners were friendly and supportive. The beds were comfortable and we managed our own meals. The bath was small - the all in one type and the kitchen area equipped with the neccessary items. Cleanliness was fine and the air condition functioned well.
The place was not easy to find and off road according to google maps. A dirt road led to the compound but was not signposted. The place apeared to be fairly new. The watch dog did not look like a happy camper, tied on a rather short leash for long time in the full sun and standing on a non even wooden board. This could improve.

Owners are very nice. Offered us coffee.
Also offered the ride to Butrint for 500 lek.
The location is quite far from Ksamil central beaches.
( But could be a positive point if you want to be far from the noise )

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Big terrace in the middle of a green garden overlooking the town, the mountains and the sea.

The location was very close to the beach, the bed was very comfortable, very friendly owners, they gave us clean bed sheets on the third day again. Great property for the value of the money we paid. 🌼
The oven was a bit dirty and the kitchen cabinets had some smell.
