L'accoglienza, la gentilezza del personale, il servizio quotidiano in camera (rifornimento acqua, caffe' tea , cambio asciugamani e ogni necessità richiesta..), la colazione a buffet ottima

La musica ad altissimo della discoteca tutti i giorni e fino alle 5 del mattino. La struttura e le camere appaiono di qualità molto superiore nelle foto su booking per cui l impatto è stato deludente

The best part of the stay was how kind the staff were.

The noise from the nightclubs around the facility was intolerable. It was as if we were a part of the band and couldn’t even speak to each other in our room over the noise. We were a group of 7 and not one of us got a bit of sleep the night before our trek. The showers flooded the 3 bathroom floors and even with many extra towels everything was soaked. The shower curtains in all 3 rooms were moldy and smelly. The small carpet as you entered the rooms were filled with hair and dirt and hadn’t been cleaned EVER! One room had no air conditioning, but the staff were nice enough to bring up a fan.

Breakfast was pretty decent. Location was absolutely fantastic!

The air-conditioning unit in the room struggled to keep the room cool, could use higher capacity ACs

Location near the market and bar, staff was kind, this is my second time staying here and met a beautifull lady in the receptionist, her name is Indira, she's so kind and give us a permission to taking a photo with her. Breakfast was good but has a limited choice, view was good if you have a room facing the mountain

The room size not so big and didnt soundproof so we can hear music from the bar nearby, and our hairdryer didnt working

If you ask for a room in upper floors, you might be able to see the mountains. They have a roof terrace where you can have a glimpse of the lake too over construction sites. The staff, however, was okay and understanding when we told them that we want to leave early.

Booked for 3 nights, decided to stay only one and move to another hotel. Horrible experience. Central location sounds tempting but the room has absolutely Zero soundproofing - it feels like there are no walls. It means you could hear the noise from numerous nightclubs nonstop until 6 am. After that, they started demolishing a building right under our balcony. One of our rooms smelled like sewer and mold, the sheets were stained and the bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast selection was limited and the breakfast room was very small.
