We had a great stay, the house was perfect for kids of all ages! It was clean and the owners were very attentive and great communication!

We had a wonderful time at The Americana with our three daughters and their families. We had children ranging in age from 16 months to 15 years. We cooked most of our meals there so we really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and large appliances. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets to accommodate our entire group. My grandchildren love to play games and there was a wide assortment for them to choose from. The backyard was fabulous for anyone bringing children. The younger children spent hours playing on the large playground structure. Of course the zip-line was their favorite. The entire family enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings making s’mores and enjoying the beautiful weather. The hot-tub was also a favorite of young and old alike. My 6-year old granddaughter asked me if we had to leave and her cousins chimed in with the same question. When I explained that we had to go back to our own homes she asked if she could please spend her birthday again next year at the cabin. Needless to say we made some wonderful family memories that will be with us forever.! Thank you Stephen and Sara for being such excellent hosts and sharing your lovely home with us!!

Great house - layout is very nice. Amazing backyard play area for children!! Very nice deck with fireplace, tv, furniture. So nice to have a beverage and watch football!! The kitchen is filled with nice plates, glassware, coffee maker etc. lots of thought into the guests needs. Highly recommend!!

12 adults stayed at the Americana for my husband's 40th birthday. The setting, location, and layout of the house were all amazing, and every single person mentioned how comfortable the beds were! Great amenities and communication on the host's part. We stayed in August and are already trying to plan a Christmas/holiday stay at this house for later this year with a few family members. If we are ever back in the Hochatown/Broken Bow area, this is definitely the first place we will try and stay!

Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful home. Our extended family of 10 loved it and there was plenty of room for the kids to hang out and play and also plenty of room to get away by yourself in quiet if wanted. The big dining room table was an awesome spot for meals and playing games. King beds in all the main bedrooms is a huge plus. The outdoor walled in deck area living room is fantastic and you can even watch the big screen tv from the hot tub. There is a lot of room to play games outside and we also enjoyed the great outdoor fire pit. The house is so close to the lake and park and hiking and the heartbeat of Hochatown and yet you feel secluded when you are there. This is truly a wonderful place to get away, feel comfortable, spoiled and rested and make some great memories. We definitely hope to stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Americana. Everything was great from beginning to end. Very roomy with a large table for us to eat and play games. Plenty of bedroom/bath space and the upper floor was great for our kids to hang out. Location was close to Hochatown and the lake so very convenient. Would definitely recommend!

If you are looking to book a cabin I highly recommend this one! We had kids ranging from the ages of 2 through 16 and they all had a great time! The zip-line was a hit for the littles and the game room and hot tub were a hit for everyone! The location was perfect the backyard was private and great for enjoying some peace and quiet! It wasn't too far out from restaurants and activities to do! We got rained on the day we got there and were without wifi but because we had the game room and game boards everything was great! Will deff book again!

This cabin was beautifully decorated and clean. The owners were quick and responsive. The outside area was a little tricky for toddlers (no fault to the owners-just built on a hill with lots of rocks make for painful falls for littles) we all really appreciated our stay.

Easy process

This house is in a great location and accommodated our large group consisting of 3 families. Easy and quick to get to and from all the fun local attractions.

The Americana was beautiful & in a great location. We were surrounded by trees and had the privacy we needed, but also not far from a winery, coffee shop, & restaurants. Our host was responsive & available for anything we needed. We were there during a frost and the entire town had water issues. Our host checked on us daily and made sure we had running water AND hot water. They went above & beyond to take care of our needs. When we go back to Broken Bow, we will definitely stay at the Americana again!!! Many thanks to our host for making our stay wonderful!!!

My group, myself included, were very impressed with the cabin immediately upon arrival. The owners took the time to decorate the cabin for the season which made it feel even more inviting and welcoming. Everyone in our group found their rooms spacious enough and very much appreciated having their own on-suites. Everything was in good working order, but if something were to have gone wrong I am sure the owners would have addressed it in a timely fashion as they kept up excellent communication with us. My group enjoyed all the amenities the cabin provided including the TVs, bunks, video games, gas fireplaces and outdoor fire pit! I would definitely recommend this cabin to those looking for great place to stay that is also close to all the shops, activities and state park that make Broken Bow such a great place.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time staying at this property! Unfortunately the weather the first night was a little rough, but owners were very responsive. We will definitely be back!

The house is very close to the winery, distillery and brewery. If thats your thing, then this place is good for you. It sits on a cul de sac, so the kids had room to play. We ran into a couple of issues when we checked in but were immediately taken care of. The owners were immediately available. And had plenty of parking

This cabin was so great! It was roomy enough to accommodate our whole family, giving all of the adults their own space and a space of the kids as well! The game room was so awesome, it was enjoyed by all! The back deck was also a great relaxing space. 5 stars all the way!

This cabin was amazing, felt so much like home! The beds were all so comfortable, well stocked kitchen, SUPER CLEAN and the kids loved the loft. The owners were beyond fabulous, they were so kind and very quick to respond to any questions! We stay in the area once, sometimes twice a year and these guys were by far the best hosts we’ve ever had, they truly want to make sure you enjoy every part of your stay! Will be back!

This home is amazing with all the furnishings to accommodate our large family!! We each had our own space and we’re still able to spend quality time together! Hosts respond immediately to any questions we had! Definitely recommend this house!

The property was beautiful and the cabin was very spacious. It fit 16 people and did not feel crowded at all. Stephen and Sara were very communicative and responded fairly quickly prior to and during our stay. They were very accommodating and even helped us with some last minute changes. They provided us with all the information we would need to enjoy our stay in their cabin including a house manual and food recommendations. They were very easy to reach when we had questions during our stay as well. The entire check-in process went by very smoothly, and the cabin, as well as the hot tub, was very clean when we arrived. The cabin had all the basic necessities required such as extra towels, kitchen supplies, and even filtered water from the fridge. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this property if you plan on staying in Broken Bow. It is perfect for large groups. I will certainly be booking with them again!

This was our first trip to the area and we loved our stay at Seaesta in the Pines! The house was clean, equipped with everything we needed and fit our three families (6 adults + 6 kids) with room to spare. Owners, Stephen & Sara, were very helpful and responsive before our arrival, as well as, while we were there. Their restaurant & activity recommendations were much appreciated. We very much enjoyed our trip and will definitely be back!

Property was clean and nice. Campfire was great opportunity to sit with a cold beer and laugh and tell stories. I would recommend staying at this location.

We’ve stayed at SeaEsta in the Pines twice, and have loved it both times! The house is immaculately clean, and the bedrooms are large but still feel nice and cozy. We enjoyed catching the game on the deck in the perfectly crisp weather, then spending the evening inside playing one of their many board games. The homeowners are very accommodating, and are such a great resource for pleases to eat, and things to do in the area. We can’t wait to plan our next family vacation here!!

We arrived and were immediately relaxed with so many wonderful amenities but the favorites were the luscious bed linens, hot tub, fireplaces, and fire pit! TV were in all rooms but we never turned one on:) kids loved the loft and bunk beds too with video games! Wonderful hosts, lovely location which was quiet and felt like a million miles from the noise of Dallas!

Was just the girls and we had a wonderful time and were able to recharge at this beautiful property. Will definitely stay here again

Our family had the best Christmas week spent in this cabin! This was our third Christmas in the area, and we all truly enjoyed this adorable and unique cabin! The fire pit, hot tub, and game tables kept our teen boys busy all week long! We had one tiny snafu with the microwave dying on Christmas morning. The owner was excellent at communicating with us, and even drove three hours to bring a new microwave. We will definitely consider staying at SeaEsta again in the future!

Great location and well stocked. Owner responded quickly to any questions. My in laws enjoyed our two night stay. The teenagers of our group enjoyed the upstairs area and fire pit.

We had a fantastic family vacation while staying at the SeaEsta in the Pines. This is a new house, in a good location with a great floorplan providing all the amenities needed for the perfect country getaway. The TV above the outdoor fireplace was a big hit, especially being able to relax in the hot tub while watching football games on the TV. We would love to stay at this house again on our next visit.
